If you’re looking for tasty, cooked to order meals and a sense of familiarity, MALULA is the place to be! Probably why you can find me here at least twice a week. Best seasoned fried shrimp in the city. And the chicken philly…. Located right on a University blvd corner, so it’s easy to find and outside seating is a plus.

I love the food here! You get great food, sizable portions for the price, and it is always hot. The only complaint is that someone goes overboard on the seasoning. I have discussed this with them over the phone on a previous order and it showed up loaded with seasoning. Their food is awesome, so they do not need so much seasoning!

This place is a hidden gem! An absolute must. Everything they serve is DELISH from gizzards to the shrimp po’ boy. The prices are more than reasonable and fair. View the menu and give them a call. They also deliver via Grub Hub, Door Dash and Uber Eats.
