Been sitting for the last 40 minutes waiting on them to bring my food to the curb ahead of the drive thru window. Unacceptable. There’s been probably 25 cars that have gotten their order. I ordered an 8 piece.

There was a long wait inside only to be told I had to use the drive thru. Great food not the best service. Probably wouldn’t return unless nothing else was open facts.

I checked ahead of time. They are supposed to close at 10:00 PM. I pulled into the drive through at 8:55 and they told me they were closed. This location absolutely sucks. A few days ago I ordered a chicken breast and it was old and drier than a popcorn fart. I like Bojangles but this one is a constant disappointment.

First time ever doing this. Ordered a gravy biscuit and ended up with a water/sausage biscuit. Tried to call just let them know about it. After the 5th time trying I gave up and just threw it in the trash. This location is a franchise and not part of the corporate Bojangles so good luck getting in contact with anyone connected to this location.

Very good food today. And the young man at the windows very professional and attentive. Excellent service can’t remember his name. But a really nice fella. I would recommend this restaurant also the A. I order on the drive through is better than it was. But just don’t expect to ask questions that it can handle very easily. Just tell him tell it what you want and be ready to say. That’s all I want because it’ll keep trying to ask you to buy something mouse other than that excellent, all the way around.
