Food is mediocre and the tables are crowded together. Cash only. Very slow service, but every place we’ve ate in Ft. Davis and Alpine has been slow.

The Asado burrito is the best I have ever had. Asado is basically “Red Chili and pork” and a staple in this area. This is highly recommended! HOWEVER! The price is outrageous. My wife and I had 1 burrito, 1 migas and drinks $29.23 WOW. CRAZY PRICING. I CANT Afford $14.00 burritos! (It was delicious) You should really get one of these, it is life changing.

The food was amazing. Burgers and fries homemade and has love in the food. Very small area and it gets very packed. However when sister in law was ordering g for us apparently she was rude and not very helpful. But aside from that it was great. Will only go back for food.

Wow! An oasis of Mexican food in the desert. Don’t miss Lupita’s Place on State street between Hwy 118 and Hwy 17 on the north side of Fort Davis.

Visited area in mid April and stopped here for lunch for a locals recommendation. We each had the enchiladas plate, which were very good. Since lunch was good we decided to return one morning for breakfast, the #1 and #2, which were a disappointment and extremely overpriced for what was served.

Clean restroom, friendly service. We got the beef flautas, and the Texas burrito. The food was something you can make at home nothing special it was still good. The concern was the price of the food with the portions, maybe I’m out of touch with prices but the portion size didn’t warrant the prices. Other then the excellent meal.

Nice little place. Breakfast was good, and so was the coffee. Wish they would take credit cards, so if you go makers sure you have cash.
