Visiting from Austin. Stopped in here. I find the best foods are from the small family owned businesses. Family atmosphere. Welcomed by The owner. His Beautiful daughter was our waitress and the place is named after Mama Lulu. (The cook) The food was Delish! Authentic!! Reminded me of my Meme’s( grandma) cooking! That says a lot! Barbacoa tacos and menudo was Bomb!

Greeted promptly. Assigned seating and server quicker. Server knew I was not local but treated me with the utmost respect and very personal. Her daughter, (very young line 3-4) came over and introduced herself. Mom apologized but I really felt it so totally sincere and endearing.
