I recently tried Jersey Mike’s and it’s true their subs are far better than the others. The slice your meat when you order. I like their wheat bread. The sandwiches are so delicious. I tried the tuna and that was very good. I am usually picky about tuna won’t order it but I wanted it and decided to give it a try and it was worth it.

I would love to give them a five-star review but like a lot of places the service is just not the best. Both people that were working the front counter wouldn’t look up at us so I didn’t know who was taking my order and it’s a little frustrating when you’re there to spend money and people seem put out by your presence.

Place is always messy and somehow they manage to always run out of bacon. Lots of cross contamination at this place including knifes going from peppers into mayo, dirty gloves used at register touching bread etc. The hispanic manager has an attitude problem and Jersey Mikes needs to better this location before it gets someone sick or kills them from an allergic reaction.

Nobody said hello or welcome. I stood around for a few waiting for the crew to stop their conversation and take my order. Joking or not I did NOT appreciate the young lady asking for my social security number after taking my name for my order. Completely unprofessional!

Great service this visit and pleasant man helping at the register. You could tell that they were very busy but they seemed like a well oiled machine working together. Nice job and great sandwiches.

I always love the food at this place but if your in a rush this isn’t the place your sandwiches are made fresh to order it’s not that the employees are slow it’s just made fresh for you daily and u never know how many sandwiches are before u!

Pretty meh sandwich for 10 bucks and 875 calories for the lightest offering. The majority of the menu is 1000 kcal and higher, just for a sandwich.

The last couple of times we have gone there I have asked for the rosemary parmesean bread and they failed to do that. This past Wednesday we decided to go back. I told Alice what had happened twice before and that I wanted to make sure my sanwldwiches were on rosemary parmesean bread. She did not offer an apology for the previous mistake but gave me a snarky response, “Are you sure? Sometimes they don’t sprinkle enough on the bread.” Yes, I am sure. When we went to pay, she tells the cashier what we ordered then very loudly says, “On rosemary parm!” When my order was ready she made sure to say that she “triple checked” that my sandwiches were made correctly because she made them herself. Her attitude was not called for, my orders have been made wrong before and I let it slide, but two visits, two different occasions and different staff? Being short handed on staff is no reason to have attitude when a customer requests their food be made the way it was ordered. It will be awhile before we go back and I hope that Alice is no longer there.
