The atmosphere is great, romantic and cozy. Service is quick and thoughtful. Food is well presented and street parking is not so hard to find. However, I think it’s really overpriced. The food is okay; the taste is not creative. The crostini was very burnt that gave a bitter taste. With the range of $20-30 for the main dish, I would expect a little more from this place.

Visited based on a recommendation and I must say I am glad I know of this venue now. A quaint little cafe with a generous outdoor seating; perfect for a brunch or late lunch on a sunny day. They serve authentic french fare – the onion soup is to die for. Also worth mentioning is the cheeseburger and the accompanying fries – as if straight from a friterie! For dessert, share a plate of soft fluffy Beignets with coffee.

I was with a large party and we were well taken care of. (Gratuity included in the bill) The food was great. Great steak, seafood and fries. The puffed potatoes were cool and tasted good but not worth the high price. The beef bergonion is top notch and recommended. I will definitely come back. Oh did I say the original cocktails were good too?

The sad news first: Luc is closing at the end of August due to losing their lease. Get in if you can. This is French comfort food blended with touches of haute cuisine. The proprietors are incredibly friendly, as is all the staff. Everything my wife and I tried was superb. If Luc opens in another location, I will be one of the first in line.

Great brunch spot that takes reservations! The food was delicious and the service was great. Plenty of street parking available around the restaurant. Definitely recommend the beignets (light and fluffy), the crêpe poulet roti and the eggs Benedict

Basic, warm interior with comfort french food. We enjoyed the french onion soup and beef bourguignon. Meet in beef bourguignon was melt in your mouth tender. Awkward hostess and uninteresting atmosphere dropped review one star, but I would gladly return.

Had an enjoyable enough meal and everything was well executed, but didn’t find it mindblowing for the price. I’ll still be sad to see it go though.
