Absolutely fantastic meal (bread with oil/spice, appetizer, palate-cleansing sorbet, entree, dessert) and would Highly Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area. Atmosphere intimate and relaxing. Made a reservation and they were ready right on time, waitstaff was friendly and knowledgeable. Loved the extra options for St. Patrick’s Day. Revisiting the area in the fall…we will be back! Food was too good to remember to take photos of it all. Easy parking right across the street in front of restaurant (10 feet away).

An absolute MUST for upscale dining! My first time & WILL NOT be my last! Chef Damian absolutely sets your pallette ablaze with flavors & textures! The use of an Old Victorian house as a restaurant with a small bar area, clean restrooms, and an atmosphere that melts all your stresses away!! Best food in Berkeley Springs hands down, stop by & tell him hello! Everyone from the greeter, to the wait-staff are so sweet & offer suggestions & make sure that you’re well attended to.

We were in Berkeley Springs for a weekend getaway. I took my husband to Lot 12 for his birthday. It was fantastic! His scallops and my steak were perfect. (Our appetizers were also amazing, but they were memories before I thought to take photos. The desserts were out of this world. Each dish was made with fresh, flavorful ingredients and the presentations were exceptional. Our server was knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and attentive without being over bearing. They were busy, but we did not feel rushed and the courses were perfectly timed. This is a definite “must visit again” spot.

Lovely dinner outdoors. Attentive service, excellent food and presentation. Pre-fixe menu with fantastic choices for appetizers, entree and dessert. Great for celebration or romantic dinner. Chef takes great care on prepping. Very reasonable portions for the price. Highly recommend. Am actually pleasantly surprised at finding this gem here.

I wish I had taken pictures. Everything was delicious and beautifully plated. The place itself was so cute and the service was great. It is a dining experience, so expect to be there about two hours. You won’t even realize it’s been that long. We were never left without drinks or water. The courses had a great flow, with just enough downtime in between. We enjoyed the experience so much, we made our next reservation on our way out the door. We left full, but not stuffed and sick. It was just the right amount of food.

My wife and I visited the Lot 12 Public House last night to celebrate our Anniversary and were very glad we did! We happened to come during the Apple Butter Festival, so the had a price fixed menu, but the selections were awesome. I had the Duck Confit wings with a apple butter bbq sauce to start, followed by the pecan encrusted mahi mahi with a butternut squash risotto. The wings were fall off the bone tender and the mahi was some of the best I had! My wife had a version of fried mozzarella to start followed by a filet mignon with garlic mashed and a Gorgonzola sauce. Both were absolutely awesome! Our server was informative and very friendly! Definitely a fine dinning experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for a special occasion meal since they are pricey.
