Our meal was excellent. Do not eat too much chips and salsa. The meal portions were very large. We couldn’t even finish our meal. The waitress offered to refrigerate our leftovers while we went shopping for us to come back later and pick them up. It was a very enjoyable experience. We will be back.

We arrive, looks very nice from the outside, go in and inside looks nice. we are seated in a booth and its very tight, seems they tried to put to much seating in an area. waiter brought the chips which were all broken into little pieces, the salsa was in a big bowl but it was only about 1/3 filled and there was 4 of us. the salsa was not good, chips were stale. the menu was like a book and there was just too many options to choice from, we had to ask the waiter 3 times to give us more time to look at menu. when we were ready to order we had to find the waiter it had been 10 min since he last checked with us. well we ordered. my one son always get chicken nuggets and fries. that order came out 15 min later and the chicken nuggets were over cooked. then it took another 15 min before our food came out and my son was almost done eating his. the refried beans, rice and tortillas were cold as well. the waiter never came back to check on us, 25 min had past since getting our food and hubby had ended up having to ask the manager for the waiter so we can get our ticket, pay and leave. the waiter brought the ticket but it wasnt for our table. the food my have looked good but i dont enjoy eating cold food.

We were given the wrong order and when we attempted to either correct the order or get a refund, the manager on duty could not have been less helpful. He insisted that we ordered through a third party app and to contact them when we in fact ordered directly from their website, unaffiliated with any delivery service. The order was over $50 and the manager was completely flippant about the fact that we are SOL and there’s nothing they can do about the mistake that THEY made. Ruined our night. Not sure about the food but I’d avoid this place based on their poor business practices

Listen. I rarely give 5 stars. But let me tell you this has been the best service I’ve had in awhile. I walked in and instantly is blessed with a treat. Than the chips and salsa was on the table immediately.

I was disappointed in this place. It was located near Southpoint Mall, and had a cute interior, but that was about it. The waiter seemed nice, but was very awkward and hovered around my table most of the meal. The salsa came out not even filling half the bowl. I ordered fajitas, and the size of the dish was smaller than other area mexican restaurants for the same price. I was very unimpressed when my order came out with beans and no rice. I have never ordered a fajita entree that came with beans, and no rice. The beans were hard and cold like they had been sitting for a while on the plate before it came to the table. The fajitas also did not come with sour cream, which I had to request extra. I had a shrimp tail in the fajitas with no shrimp attached (it was missing from the plate). The taste was average. I paid extra for a side of shredded cheese, and a man brought it to the table with a hair sticking right out of it. I was so ready to get my check and get out. There is a great Mexican restaurant on TW Alexander that is definitely worth the extra 15 minute drive, instead of wasting money here.

The 3.9 star rating is another reason why you should definitely not just look at the rating but look at comments also. I’m here to say this restaurant definitely checked all the right boxes for me and my wife. We walked into a colorfully clean atmosphere. Our waiter was very nice and answered all of our questions. The chips, salsa, and cheese dip were so good that we could have got full off of them and been happy. But usually, when we go to a restaurant, either the chips or the salsa are too salty, but they are so perfect that I finish one bowl on my own.
