When I got to the drive-thru… The first person was wonderful excellent that took my order.
When I got to the window there was another person in the window and she asked me.. what do you want? I was confused because that was a person that had just taken my order.. so I said my fish?
This woman yelled at me at this point… I don’t know your order, she’s outside with the headset!!! So what do you want?
If I hadn’t driven almost 10 miles one way to go get this I would have just drove off… But I politely turned around and gave her my order to this rude person… I got my order and proceeded to start eating it on the way home… I couldn’t wait to get to the house to file this one.

I went here and got a double fish sandwich with a large fry and drink. I love checkers cause everything be cooked to order and not sitting under some heating lap. And the young lady that took my order wasn’t just standing there for someone to walk in she was cleaning the doors I mean sitting on the floor getting the cracks and all. The store was very clean and before you ask yes she washed her hand before taking our order.

Had homeless people sitting in the restaurant, the supervisor(black slim guy) said he wasn’t taking any orders only Uber eats. Which is ridiculous, so I waited about an hour to go back and that is when he decided to finally take my order and then when I asked for the chicken strip combo he said there were no more strips. The diabolical lie was insane. Chicken strips are cooked to order. This place is horrible and needs better management. The back hallway is very nasty from grease and soda from the trash that they trail to the trash compactor. They have been having this big red trashcan in the back hallway for months filled with trash that hasn’t been cleaned for months. Management needs a real reality check when cleaning up behind themselves. EMPTY THAT NASTY RED TRASH CAN IN THE BACK HALLWAY. ALSO STOP YOUR MANAGERS AND WORKERS FROM SMOKING WEED IN THE BACK HALLWAY. ESPECIALLY MANAGERS!!!

It was my first visit. It was around 9:40 p.m., and the Black employee spoke so quietly that it was hard to hear, and they arbitrarily changed the menu size to a large and charged me for it. The drink was filled with ice, so after just a few sips, there was almost nothing left.
When calling orders, they didn’t use order numbers and instead mumbled the menu items in a barely audible voice, so I couldn’t understand. Even when our eyes met, the employee pretended not to notice and continued doing their own work.
In the end, after a long wait, I received my order, but no sauce was provided either. This was my first experience at Checkers. It is clearly different from other fast-food restaurants. Night-shift staff training is definitely necessary.

Customer service is absolutely horrible. The regular cashier isn’t so bad, although it is unprofessional to have personal calls while in the presence of customers. It’s really dirty and the overnight manager has a horrible attitude when resolving customer reformed issues. When trying to communicate with the manager about missing items or orders that were not given to the right person, there was no proper communication on a resolution along with heighten volume within her responses while using profanity as a defense mechanism. That is a bad example of what leadership is supposed to look like and I refuse to put my dollars there again.

I visited at 1130 pm and it took over 30 minutes to receive my food. I was patient and did not rush them. I understand its late. The security guard threatened to tow my car because I was there so long. Will not be returning to this location.

When I went in there was a young lady sitting near the work station playing on her phone while eating a burger. The young man preparing the food was also eating while making sandwiches. The music was extremely loud with profanity. When I got half way home I grabbed my burger and could not eat it because it tasted like a box of salt. This experience was horrible.

I’ve lived in the GSU dorms for three years and this establishment is one of the worst out of the limited options. They usually never have enough staff for the busy college nights and when they do have enough staff, they’re not organized at all to stay on task. I’m really just writing this as a warning if you just wanted to get something quick to eat it won’t be quick at all. You’re gonna be waiting about 30 minutes to an hour for your food regardless of ordering online or not.

I got a chicken burger and a side of fries to go, and it was a total disappointment. The bread was stale and hard, and the fries were so greasy it was like eating pure butter everything was just drenched in oil. I was short on time, otherwise I would’ve taken.
