I’m not sure if I would recommend this Long John Silver’s location. This would be the second time having issues with this location. I ordered a 2 piece chicken meal and a 2 piece fish meal. One was supposed to be a medium and the other was supposed to be a large. One piece of the chicken wasn’t the usual size, it was like half and the fires in both meals I wouldn’t even call them a small, It was less than a small. I went back through the drive through to order two large fires and the person told me it was $12 something, for just two large fires. After already spending $20 there. That’s crazy and I should have gotten what I ordered in the first place. I’ll be going to a different location for now on.

Well to start out we arrived on a Friday night at around 7:30pm and both the entrance and exit were locked. Keep in mind the dining closes at 9pm. We could see some folks getting up and heading to the exit to leave so we entered that way and went to the counter to order. After ordering we sat for a few waiting on our food and watched 5 other customers come to the door to want to dine in to only leave due to the doors being locked. It took a little bit to get our food due to the drive thru being busy. Then when I got my food it was short 2 pieces of chicken. As we were sitting there eating one of the staff members starting cleaning tables abd flipping chairs onto the tables which is still wasn’t closing time yet. Then we heard one of the staff members on the front line curse really loudly. Which in my opinion isn’t very professional especially if you have young children. I have ate here before years ago and I can say it was way better back then. Maybe it’s when people cared. I don’t see myself ever returning to eat here again.

They locked the dining room at 3:17 p.m. on a Wednesday. 8/30/23. Ridiculous. As thin ice as you all are on, you would think you might try to keep the doors open. Do better be better.

Had to wait for some hush puppies but they were kind and considerate. Got then cooked up and out as fast as they could. I was on no hurry.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. GREEN BEANS MUSHY. SHRIMP I BET 3 DAYS OLD. LOOK AT THE PIC YOU’LL SEE. NO PLASTIC WEAR OR NAPKINS WERE IN BAG. 40 PACKS OF KETCHUP THOUGH. REALLY ONE MEAL. KEEP SOME OF THE KETCHUP AND ADD NAPKINS AND SOMETHING TO EAT WITH. THE COLDSLAW WAS GOOD. NEVER EVER GOING TO GO BACK. I’M NEVER GIVING THIS LOCATION ANOTHER DIME. I’ll let you all know if I get food poisoning. This is the Beech Grove location.

Down right HORRIBLE experience! I wrote the company and pissed consumer review about this multiple issue visit. A major retraining or firing of those on staff should be done! They were unimaginably RUDE and CRUDE to at least 4 other customers who were in the drive thru or one case to an older gentleman who went up to the door and got yelled at by the staff!! Just unbelievable!

My husband and I went for dinner. I had the cod meal, well done and double cole slaw instead of fries. They gave me a heaping amount of slaw and the cod was cooked perfectly! Customer service was excellent, too. This location is usually hit or miss but it doesn’t stop us from stopping in. Customer service alone is worth it.

Two small pieces of chicken and 10 fries most were very friendly till I went back in and asked for another piece of chicken. Manager looked like she didn’t want to be there in the first place. No crumbs with my chicken either. She did give me some. I gave 3 stars. Don’t know why ♂️

First thing I hear, ” food will take 10-12 minutes.” And “cash only”. Signs plastered everywhere listing what they are out of, which was everything really. Rude service and food was nasty,…even after my drive thru nap.
