I had an unexpectedly pleasant experience here. The staff was very attentive and accommodating. The building is very clean and well appointed. There is a fireplace and the chairs and tables were pristine and mostly available for seating. Service was quick and accurate. Another perk is that this place is also a Brugger’s Bagels! Definitely one of the nicer Caribou Coffee places around. I recommend!

Will not be returning because I’m certain my drink was made wrong this morning and it actually ruined my entire day and weekend. The one time I don’t confirm that it’s decaf with almond milk, it’s definitely NOT decaf with almond milk. I hope whoever ignored those instructions on my mobile order gets caught doing it to someone else and gets fired for it. I’m not interested in wasting my time and energy exchanging information with anyone, I’m just not going back and I’m leaving this review as a warning to other people that they clearly don’t care about dietary restrictions. I thought it tasted weird and tried to ask about it after I started drinking it and was ignored.

I LOVE this caribou; I come to this location at least twice a week and always have such a great experience with the staff. They have a great drive-thru and are very time efficient when it comes to the drive-thru and going into the store. Not to mention this location is a burggers bagels, too; they always have the freshest bagels!!

Got my wife a pumpkin latte and it was only full about halfway. Pretty nuts for an almost $7 drink. Didn’t check it till i was back home or would have gone straight back. Definitely check your drinks right away!

Friendly staff. Always pretty quick. The drinks are usually heavy on the ice. My go to is an iced americano with half a shot of white chocolate. Real good stuff. More times than not, they will make the espresso, add the ice and then add the white chocolate. Instead of the white chocolate blending with the coffee it becomes a thick layer at the bottom. If they can figure out their order of operations while making their beverages they can get to 5 stars

I went to this location today, and I ordered a medium vanilla crafted press with light ice. Not only did the drink not taste right and had the sugar mixture with chunks everywhere, I’m pretty sure the vanilla was completely missing.

There is a worker that is amazing. I didn’t get her name, but she was making drinks so fast and just all over. I know when she isn’t working, the service is slower. Great place though….coffee isn’t bad either
