I dont usually expect much from fast food. Im never surprised when anyone gets my order wrong or the cheese on the outside of the bun.. BUT! This was the worst food I have ever had.. I got a chicken platter and a fish platter.. could not tell the differnce. neither one tasted like chicken or fish. it was super greasy and completely disgusting. I will not be going back..

I ordered the grilled shrimp bowl. I have eaten this meal several times, at different stores. This was my first time visiting the Crawfordsville restaurant. I was absolutely appalled at what I received. I received a handful of shrimp on a bowl of PLAIN rice with a sprinkle of corn and a few beans. I did not receive ANY cheese or dressing/sauce. There was absolutely no flavor in my meal AT ALL.

This place is absolutely filthy! No tables were clean nor was the condiment or the soda center. Floors haven’t been swept or mopped our shoes were sticking and sliding. This is not what the board of health would consider working dirt this has been there for a long time. It was not busy and employees had 2 booths with all their junk everywhere standing or sitting instead of cleaning. We will not be back. I wished I had taken photos.

The last 2 or 3 times I’ve tried to be understanding. I have a lot of patience but this is just enough. Where to start? So do to “understaffing” on their part the service this establishment offers is horrible. They are in no hurry. The only available option is to endure their drive thru. So this last time I ordered a fish and more plus a fish/chicken platter. 4 and 12 on their menu I do believe. I had to repeat my simple order 2 times to this girl. My total should have been around $20ish. When I got to the window she tried charging $30+. I asked her to repeat my order again and sure enough it was so wrong. Oh did I mention the aspiration and eye roll when I told her it was wrong. So I waited 10 minutes… at least for my food. When I got it, something told me to check it. Sure enough, the girl gave me to fish and mores. ‍♂️ At this point, I didn’t I politely told her she still didn’t get my order right. 10 minutes later her comes my “right” order. Ok, food wise, the hush puppies were great (bout the only thing that tasted good) The breading on both the chicken and fish was disgusting. I can’t even describe the taste. Did they change the recipe? If they did they need to go back. I was so worried that my chicken wasn’t done all the way that I had to carefully watch every bite. I don’t live far from this store, so when I tell you it takes less than 3 minutes to get home I mean it. My fries, lord they were cold. Tasted like they sat in a pool of oil and was cooked by a heat lamp. And the slaw, just plain yuck. I don’t recommend anyone going to this establishment. Until they can get their act together, I won’t be going back, just like KFC.

Food was really great. There was a problem with the fryers. We waited while they got it fixed. Then there was a problem with the register. Talk about a bad day but it all worked out. The mgr. Really stepped up to correct all the issues.

5/28/23 Tried to go through drive at 8:40 pm. No answer. Then went to go in , the door was locked. So if you advertise you close at 9:00 pm why are you locking the door at 8:40. I was mad because the family really wanted to eat there, we made a special trip just to your restaurant.

Extra Charge for Batter Crumbs?!?!? I requested extra crumbs with my combo meal and was surprised to see an additional charge on my bill when I got home, and this additional boat with about 2 tablespoons of crispies in it. Additionally, the combo meal was almost $9, which to my recollection is about twice as much as the last time I was there (granted, it’s been awhile) and the fish fillets were half as thick (not more than half an inch thick). They forgot the slaw which is over $2 on the menu, so I had to drive back to pick it up, and was surprised to see that the slaw was in a container so small that it couldn’t have held more than two tablespoons. Certainly NOT a good value since they’re raised the prices AND lowered the quality and quantity of food you receive.

Lies, Drive through only..! Haven’t been able to go in and have a meal in so long… Doors have been locked and I guess you don’t want or need customers… Another place to avoid in this town..!

Waited in the drive thru for a doordash order for 30 minutes!!! After the lobby being locked at 6pm. Pulled up to the window only to be told the food needs 5 more minutes! It should’ve been ready the half hour I was freaking sitting there! Very very unsatisfied with this location anymore
