I recently got a three piece chicken meal with extra fries from there. The portions were small the chicken was about the width of a chicken nugget and the length of my middle finger at best. The double fries I was supposed to get was about 10 total waffle fries (a small one that looked like someone took a bite out of it would’ve made 11). All of which had a 45 minute wait time due to it being make to order get the food was cold… the Pepsi I had was the only great part about it honestly.

I have been here many times and thought I would try something new off the menu today. I ordered the new grilled shrimp and salmon Dinner. It was ok but way too much pepper on the fish plus I added hot sauce on this before trying it..way too hot ..I will definitely settle for my usual next time when I pass thru again

I dont usually expect much from fast food. Im never surprised when anyone gets my order wrong or the cheese on the outside of the bun.. BUT! This was the worst food I have ever had.. I got a chicken platter and a fish platter.. could not tell the differnce. neither one tasted like chicken or fish. it was super greasy and completely disgusting. I will not be going back..

I had a doordash pickup at this location and it was within business hours listed on the store front. Front doors locked, okay it’s late. Myself and several others waited at the drive-thru intercom for several minutes and got no response. No posting on the menu board about closing early, no one coming to the customers to say something. I knocked on the doors and got stares from the staff but no one has the courtesy to come to the doors to say anything. Finally, I sat at the drive-thru window desperately trying to get my customer their order and waited and knocked and waited. Staff member finally came to tell me they were closed. Again, nothing posted to say they closed early. Horrible customer experience, not only did my customer lose on getting their food, but I lost work. Highly recommend people do not view this establishment.

Shrimp and fish were reheated, shrimp was so tough, the guy cooking, dude you can’t serve that crap to people. Fish was so chewy. I could not cut the shrimp with fork, wish I would have sent it back. Oh, the grease saturated fish, bathroom stinks like urine, live fish, chicken but will not go back here !!!

Extra Charge for Batter Crumbs?!?!? I requested extra crumbs with my combo meal and was surprised to see an additional charge on my bill when I got home, and this additional boat with about 2 tablespoons of crispies in it. Additionally, the combo meal was almost $9, which to my recollection is about twice as much as the last time I was there (granted, it’s been awhile) and the fish fillets were half as thick (not more than half an inch thick). They forgot the slaw which is over $2 on the menu, so I had to drive back to pick it up, and was surprised to see that the slaw was in a container so small that it couldn’t have held more than two tablespoons. Certainly NOT a good value since they’re raised the prices AND lowered the quality and quantity of food you receive.

I’m not certain what has happened in society. The two ladies at the counter were very nice. One would like to see people taking enough pride in themselves and have enough self-respect to dress a little more professional.
The dining room was filthy. Upon entry, the staff were sitting in a booth vaping. The napkins were empty, there were no forks and zero ice in the ice machine.
