Walked in to order pizza (abt 1 pm today), then hit up the grocery store in same plaza for a few items… pizza was ready (cheaper than getting a frozen pizza from store!). SUPER happy with quality of our pepperoni pizza.

This is the best pizza place around in Lakeland. We don’t even order from any other pizza place since we started ordering from here. The pizza is great. It is way better than any other pizza place around. Joe is great and has been since he has been at this location. I would tell anyone to go here. My kids love it!

Tonight I ordered a philly cheese steak pizza with extra cheese plus feta. When it arrived it was only steak and cheese minus the feta. I called the store and told them. The woman was so kind and offered to remake it herself and have it delivered at no cost. I found it awesome and kind. After receiving the philly pizza it still didn’t have feta. But it was still delicious and hit the spot! Thank you for re-delivering it! I also made sure to tip the 2nd delivery driver! Thanks so much! No one should work for free!

Food was Trash! I’ve never spent $70 on PIZZA, plus Delivery for such garbage. Domino’s has definitely changed the game of Pizza, without CHEESE, so disgusting and disappointing. 6 Pizzas without Cheese AND I ordered EXTRA CHEESE. Then I ordered a garden salad with Ceasar dressing and they send a chicken Ceasar salad..to a person who does not eat meat! ♀️

Pizza arrived 45 min after App said it was out for delivery, besides being overcooked, no extra cheese that I paid for, it was stiff cold. My sister called to complain as it was ordered under her App and the manager told her that if she wanted a refund to go get it (as I paid cash) as he was NOT going to take orders or deliver to this address anymore and refused to give out his name. We went and took the whole order back to the store, He (the same guy spoken with, by phone) gave us back the money and refused to give out his name again. He said the pizza didn’t leave the store this way but this is how it arrived 45 min later. Asked why he kept refusing to give his name and he threatened to call the police and told us (2 senior citizens) to get out of his store for we were trespassing, I said call them I have a receipt that I’m a customer and if you had any customer service experience, you know the customer is always right, he then said he’s the general manager and I said, people will know how terrible the food and service and delivery is at this store #5030 at the Grove Plaza next to the Publix Liquor store. You tell me. Here is a pic of the pizza. And for the Rude General Manager as he said when kicking us out of his store, you seriously need anger management classes, and Dominoes should actually fire you or demote and retrained you in Customer Service even though you are definitely not Customer Service material. I’m not only doing this Google post but am reaching out to Dominoes Headquarters to have this matter taken care of.

Last time we ordered from this place was over 2 years ago. That experience was terrible. Our order arrived cold and the toppings on 2 pizzas were not even cooked. It appeared as though they were just added to old already cooked pizzas and sent out. Today we tried to take a chance and order from them. We walked into the store. I began to explain my order, after initially being told the wait would be 25 minutes I was then informed that they couldn’t take my order. They said they had a large order due for pickup shortly and refused to let me order. First pizza place I’ve been to that doesn’t allow you to order pizza. The woman behind me was also refused service. No offer for an extended wait time, nothing… just refused to take my order. The seemed annoyed that I was irritated by the situation. Terrible service.
