Ordered a matcha. Took 15 minutes. Was filled to this point of the cup and was $5. An absolute joke. Love paying $5 for 5 sips of a drink.

I went to Starbucks on 07/07, for my birthday. I went inside, which ended up being the best decision. In full disclosure, I’m not a Starbucks fan, no offense. But it’s a free coffee!!

I’m always going through the drive through so I can’t rate the inside. But they are always warm and friendly. My order is correct every time and I love having healthy food options for breakfast.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve ever been to. Walked in an wasn’t even acknowledged for about 5 mins. When they took my order I had to repeat it 3 times because the gal taking the order couldn’t muster 5 seconds to hear the order which was a grande pike with a shot. Then they didn’t notice they were out of coffee so had to brew more. When I finally got my coffee it was the wrong size and she wanted to argue about it…. I’m only writing this review because it seems like people don’t understand simple human interaction. I will not be back to this location.

Terrible. Every time. Plan on waiting 25+ minutes of waiting. Also plan on the employees messing up your order and giving you a hard time about it. I can’t count the number of bad experiences I’ve had at this Starbucks. So unfortunate this is the closest Starbucks to me. Very disappointing.

Friendly Associates to wait on you. Fast service coffee was not quite hot enough. Store was a little bit dirty and cluttered.

Today I got two vanilla bean Frappuccino’s w caramel drizzle, I didn’t get caramel drizzle, then the drink tasted like blended milk with no flavor at all. So I ask for someone to remake it and “Gracie” the girl that made them scowled at me and then we waited there for like 20 mins for our remake and it didn’t look like she was making them or gonna make them so we left:(

Order ahead every time as to not be late for work, and am usually late. Baristas are slow in completing mobile orders. Definitely order ahead at least 30-45 minutes before you’re intending on picking up. Drive thru is almost faster, and even then takes a good 20 minutes. People who order in store tend to get their drinks faster than mobile as well. So frustrating.

The food and drink was underwhelming, but the service was fast and kind. The double smoked bacon, cheddar, and egg sandwich was okay, three stars. The bacon was undercooked, had no smoke flavor, and was kind of tasteless. The bun tries to go for a laminated look, it tasted good, but the bun structure is actually just like a regular bread. I saw the lamination and was hoping for flakey but didn’t get it. Then the hot chocolate was disappointing. It wasn’t as creatively flavorful as we were hoping. It does use real coco, but it’s watered down and had oil in it for some reason? You can see in the picture the globs of oil, which may have come from a cool whip dissolving, but that means there wasn’t an authentic cream on top. The hot chocolate was improved by putting in half a packet of Swiss miss coco mix. All that for $20, and I am underwhelmed and disappointed. I can get a breakfast I enjoy just as much at McDonald’s for $10.
