Yummy! They have a cute tradition of ringing the bell on your way out if you liked the food. Fries were awesome, green beans were so good I had to take half of my husband’s. Fish and puppies were great too!

Drove to weston to get Long John’s at 845pm this evening. Was ordering and was rudely rushed through placing my order- to the point of frustration. Get to the window-sat there-and everyone scattered. Noone came to the window…got impatient and went to Arby’s across the street! Had a great visit there! Elkins LJS is soo much more together.

I’ve never experienced such rudeness at restaurant before. We went for lunch the door was locked, we could see people in there eating so we went to the exit door thinking something might’ve been wrong with the entrance door. Another couple had been trying to get in also .So I motioned to a lady who was in there as a customer how do we get in ?she pointed to the other door , I said well it seems to be locked . So she went over opened it up and we all went in. A woman came out from the back and said I don’t know how you people got in here but I locked the door on purpose I just can’t take any more people right now and she relocked the door and slammed it shut ! so we went out the exit and we won’t ever be back. I’m sure they are understaffed but a note on the door might have been a little better

Had no cocktail sauce for the shrimp, didn’t tell me until after I had ordered and paid. Had to wait longer than usual for the food. People were friendly and the food itself was as expected.

Sat in the drive-through lane with what appeared to be 4 employees cars in the parking lot. Nobody answered to take my order pulled up to the window nobody was there but I could see that the smoke was rolling off the grill so they were obviously there and then when I pulled around and looked inside I could see at least 2 staff. Excellent service, NOT!

My family and I had been traveling for 4 hours. We were hungry and found a LJS’s which we do not have where we live. We were excited to get some fish. We all ordered and when our food came out they served me chicken instead of fish. I went to the cashier and told them what had happened and first it was “no you ordered chicken”. None of us ordered chicken we came for fish. Then when I tried to give my plate of food back the cashier was friendly but the cook said “I’m not replacing something you already ate.” I had 1 bite of a chicken plank. Everything else was intact and untouched. It was apparent that everyone was happy to help except one person. Who was rude and demanded that the mistake was mine. It wasn’t but regardless I work in fast food. I am a cashier. And when someone’s order is wrong for whatever reason I make it right. The price of a piece of chicken should never cost a business the price of a customer, which in this case it has. My sister in law spent $50.00 on a meal that was wrong and ruined our experience. I would commend the other employees as they had good customer service skills but I would definitely look into whoever this cook/manager is. She certainly doesn’t belong in a customer service position as she refused rudely to correct the issue. I realize it’s fast food but I believe customers should be treated kindly whether you are at a fast food place or a 5 star steak house. I commend the other employees but one bad apple can spoil the whole bunch. I’ve seen it.
