They can’t even be bothered to take your order, you have to use the kiosk or app. Then after telling me they couldn’t take my order they took the order of the next guy. What horrible customer service. Food was lukewarm even eating in the dining room. Won’t be back again.

Chicken Burrito tasted like straight onion, I spit it out and had to pick majority of it off. Cinnabon bites were 2 quarter sized balls enough for a tease. Cheese Quesodilla had cheese mostly on one side. The Cinnabon was good and the one half of the Quesodilla was good.

Went around 9pm, store was empty and there seemed to be no one working up front. The store was a mess, stuff on tables and on the floor. Used the machines to order and pay ($18~), waited for about 5 minutes at the counter before someone even noticed us and asked if we wanted to order. Took another 15 to even receive the food only for them to forget one of the items. The chicken roll ups were hot but that was the only thing that was. We got 2 orders of the bean sides that were inedible, one taco supreme was covered in tomato water and sticky, and one of the enchiritos were made completely wrong. They were out of Mild sauce.

I went through the drive thru and totally forgot my wallet. So thankful for Apple Pay and that they take it. I never have actually used Apple Pay however the girls were so nice to help me figure it out! Great customer service!!!

There are two locations in Statesville and this is by far the worst Taco Bell I’ve visited. I drive to the other side of town to avoid them. I ordered food with an up-charge to sub beef for chicken and three out of three times I’ve been charged for something I didn’t get. I’ve told them I have a beef allergy and it doesn’t matter. I’m very disappointed. The burritos are mostly tortilla and the quesadillas are cut lopsided and mostly cheese. I don’t recommend. I’ve wasted my money.

This is one of the faster Taco Bell locations in the area. Food is always hot, orders are correct and employees are prompt. From a value perspective I’m not excited about $8 – $10 for most combos that don’t have enough food to justify the price.

Taco Bell use to be a much better place, and honestly, pretty cheap. Nowadays, it’s expensive compared to other Fast-Food places, but you barely get any meat. This location especially treat their customers like they’re all Vegetarian. While the food tastes good (especially paired with fire sauce), expected to be hungry or spend like $14 dollars. For that price point, I can order a large pizza or eat I side of a pizza buffet…. with infinite drinks!
