Terrible service at this location, me and my husband normally come here daily but after the service from the night shift slowly becoming worse it makes the drive not worth it. The past two times we have come to this location our food has just been thrown together and my quesadilla peeled apart when I opened it and same with my taco. The customer service at the window is terrible, he told us the total we gave him cash he then proceeded to tell us to drive around and park before giving our change and drinks to us. Once he brought our things we didn’t even get the chance to ask for any sauces because he barely talked to us then rushed away, and there was only one car behind us. I won’t be coming to this location any longer. For $60 plus dollars each time we come I expect better service.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! This will be my last time at this location. I have been coming here for years, and after years of “hit or miss”, they have finally missed so hard that I will never again set foot in this establishment. If you’d like to not be “stressed”, I would recommend not working the entire store off of one cook line on a Friday night, 4 hours before you close. If they thought they were stressed at 11, wait until the bars close. I and several others waited around for over 30 minutes for a dine-in order, while the drive thru stayed moving. I know this is because Taco Bell measures drive thru times across stores in the region. When I received my order, it was somehow both cold AND burnt. The chicken tender was not very tender, in fact i bit into it with a crunch and a crumble. What parts weren’t just hollow breading were as hard as a hockey puck. One item was missing from my order, and another was the complete wrong type of burrito, and the quesorito we were given was a sliver of beef on a mountain of rice and cheese. The sour cream I added to one of my tacos was sloppily added on top of the cheese and leaked all over the paper. And they have the nerve to charge .80 cents for it. If there weren’t 5 other people ahead of me in a similar position, I’d have asked for it all to be replaced. A total waste of time and money. I worked at this location a decade ago when I was 15 years old, and never once did I feel as miserable as these people acted. If you can’t offer fast service, at least try to make it friendly. I waited for 30 minutes before anyone even looked my way.

7/29/25 just came here and am really disappointed. Just had a long shift and was hungry, paid 30 dollars worth of food and this is what they gave me. i ordered a grilled cheese burrito literally just rice, cheese, and tortilla. The staff were really weird and looked at us like we were inconveniencing them for ordering food. They forgot our drinks and when we asked about it they gave us the small size when one was supposed to be large. I love taco bell, and i am very lenient with customer service cause i understand, but they just didnt even try. There was 1 other person and 1 car in the drive thru so not busy. Very dissapointed

I just went yesterday and again am i dissapointed. I think this is the worst tacobell in the statesville area. The employees dont caree to do anything other than to flirt with the men in their lobby. They are so loud to. I can hear them cursing and joking with eachother. They burnt ALL of the food i bought. I honestly think they hired the most usless people at this store. I am so over this spot. I dont even know how they managed to get jobs if they cant even fry TENDERS. Like it isnt rocket science.

They served the drive thru very fast while we stood in the lobby for 30 minutes waiting on food. No one payed any attention to anyone standing in the lobby guy before me canceled his order because he got tired of waiting. Finally got my food and it was cold and burnt, not what I ordered and missing a taco… complete waste of money

I just ordered door dash from this location and everything that showed up was old and nasty. My steak grill cheese burrito had no cheese or sour cream. Its just extremely stale fritos, old rice, and tough steak. Not to mention its like half the size they usually are. Thats near $10 for a nasty burrito i couldnt even eat.

This location is consistently slow. Food arrives cold, and to-go / mobile orders are seldom right. Take the drive and go to the one across town if you really want Taco Bell.

This Taco Bell is clean, having undergone a major renovation last year. The people who work here have always been polite and friendly to me. The food is good. (Definitely better than the other one in town.) I primarily order thru the app and pick up at the restaurant. The food has always been hot and freshly prepared. We normally get lunch but enjoy their breakfast offerings every so often. You cannot go wrong with their breakfast Crunchwrap!

No one wearing hair nets, no gloves, slowest Taco Bell in the area for sure. They will tell you “it will be a min because we got 7 pages of orders” very nasty and unprofessional store. I’ll stick to signal hill from now on. They are great.
