We waited forever for “water”, and rolls. The food was not cooked accordingly. I asked for medium rare steak and got a piece that was rare in one spot, med rare in another and we’ll done on one of the outer parts…and it was lukewarm when I got it. I didn’t get my salad till the end, my husbands salad was nasty and had cold steak in it. There was an excuse for everything from the waiter, as if we care! Just get us our food or tell us it’s going to be a little longer. Don’t tell us about your awful day, we’re out to have a good night. Prices are too high for the quality of food. The only thing I can say good about this place is that our kids enjoyed their kids meals and the rolls are yummy (not as good as Texas Roadhouse!) We’ll never be going back.

We just ate at this restaurant today and I have to say that the service is some of the best we have received in a long time. I’ve been a big fan of Logan’s Roadhouse for quite sometime and this specific one has stood out amongst them because of our waiter, Mason. He was exceptional and extremely attentive. He was very well mannered and made sure that everything was to our liking. I cannot boast enough about the service and if you’ve eaten here before and complained about the service…I suggest asking for our waiter.

AWFUL!!! I had the mesquite grilled shrimp, it arrived at my table undercooked. Sent it back, took over 10 minutes and they were way over cooked. Manager never bothered to come over. Husband had pulled pork that was extremely dry and gross. Way too expensive for the quality of food! NEVER GOING BACK!!!

Pretty disappointing. Staff was nice. Food was gross. They don’t do dinner rolls anymore, and you can’t put your peanut shells on the floor anymore. Why have peanuts? I didn’t enjoy having a table full of peanut shell pieces. It’s not the same from when I was a kid. Waste of a mother’s day dinner. The staff was nice though, they seemed like a band playing their best while the ship sank around them.

On 3/27/2016 2:00 pm on Easter Sunday…..1st of all I called to place 5 on the waiting list before we arrived since all restaurants are packed during special holidays like toda.. The response from them there was no need to get on a waiting list since there no waiting list. Sure enough we arrived and were seated immediately. I ordered ribyeye well done instead it was cooked rare. I then retuned it and they tossed the same one back on the grill instead of grilling a new one. I waited 10 minutes and it was brought back to me very charred and overcooked with the baked potato cold by then. The service was poor….no rolls were brought to the table. The manager came and asked me if she could make a new one which she should have in the beginning….I told her I did not want to wait another 30 minutes for a new one since I had brought our friends to dine with us. I was so hungry by then and ate the charred ribeye steak …she then offered to honor the cost of my meal as I requested.. I can now understand why there was no waiting list…hardly any customers and no excuse why a meal was not cooked to the customers request. ….I had previously heard from friends the service was poor and the food was served in poor quality. Though I thought we would give it a try. Next time I will listen to our friends experience of their opinion on a restaurant…Happy Easter???

Well, came here last week and sat at the bar and waited about 10mins and no one even greeted me so I left. Came back today to try again, least to say I shouldn’t have. My glass of water had a old soda ring in it, the burger I ordered was ok but the side of Mac and cheese taste like it came out of a dollar store brand box. I didn’t eat it, and wondered if the server would notice it but didnt. Never asked about the completely uneaten dish or anything…. so I just let that upgrade charge be her tip… COME ON LOGANS, I know you can train your servers better….. Won’t be coming back.

For what you pay (moderately), it good food! The ribs and chicken are quite nice if you like a medium sweet sauce. I always get a 20oz steak, which is decent. The desert brownie with fudge and ice cream may be better than BJ’s similar offering.

Will not return. Horrible customer service. Fire alarm went off during our entire meal. Management refused to make any kind of policy adjustment. Do not recommend this restaurant AT ALL.

Terrible, went in, was greeted and all that. We got seated but then we sat there for damn near 30mins, while other people were getting seated and getting there orders taken. We left and I will never go back.
