Have you ever taken the first bite of something that made you do a little shimmy in your seat? That was me with this Caesar salad. Normally, a Caesar can be pretty plain and predictable—but not here. The shrimp added this perfect punch of flavor and texture that totally transformed it. Fresh, juicy, a little smoky… it made the whole salad come alive. What could’ve been a boring side turned into the star of my meal. Highly recommend adding the shrimp—you won’t regret it!

Took a very long time to get our food, but in the cooks defense, it was also very busy! Overall, my food was okay, my girlfriend said her food was great.
The sever/bartender, Sid, was absolutely phenomenal. He bent over backwards to make sure we, and everyone else, was taken care of properly. SOMEONE GET SID A RAISE!!!

I waited forever to be acknowledged. Was I invisible. Service is not service anymore. Food is supposed to have a taste. Manager said he would compensate me so he gave me a free water. I gave it back it was an insult to injury. May God do something because I can not. I paid 37.24 for lemonade and cheese stake. Will not ever return. I am usually leaving positive reviews but I spent 50.00 so I have to say something. Amazing how the same person can walk by who works there and not even say someone will be right with you. Oh well.

This a great spot to kill some time for our flight. Great Philly Cheese Steaks & Bloody Marys. Right off of the food court.

We each had a Cajun grilled chicken sandwich. It could have been better, the chicken was very dry. The moisture in the sandwich came completely from the tomato and the coleslaw. Would not recommend. Initially, the male server was very helpful and friendly. Once seated, we ordered through the QR code and a female server brought the food out. Even though I was clearly out of coffee and my wife was nearly out of soda, she dropped the food and basically ran off before we could ask for anything. She never paused enough to ask if we needed anything. To be honest, next time I fly into Philly, I’ll pick someplace else to grab a bite to eat.

This is the best restaurant within the airport. But they are very busy and sometimes they won’t get your drinks until after your food. The place gets a lot of traffic and the staff can’t keep up with cleaning the tables and bar in time for the next customer.

I want to give another review with my second time here. They were busy, but the service was top notch with checking in constantly and the tables were all clean. I got a cappuccino, which was beautiful and delicous. The fish and chips were delightful to. Thanks for improving the cleanliness!

Bottom line: seems like a hit or miss kind of place, which for the price, shouldn’t be.

My dining partner seemed to have gotten a meal that they liked. Mine was, meh. The online ordering was easy but the menu was not as clear as the physical menu, but that is probably because I prefer ‘old school’ menus and ordering (others on Google reviews comment on this). Water was not automatically put down which is a first for a sit down restaurant. Had I known, I would have asked. Coffee was not good, probably an old pot. But the manager let me exchange for a cafe Americano which was excellent. The lemon ricotta pancakes were disappointing as they had no lemon taste at all, and ricotta was not noticeable. They were basically regular pancakes for $17. I was looking forward to a gourmet pancake so this was a disappointment. If I had not asked about the coffee and was at a regular restaurant I would have asked about the pancakes and sent them back, but basically I paid $35 for coffee, three regular pancakes, a scrambled egg, and fried pork roll. With all these issues our server wasn’t the most friendly and was very busy as she was the only one there I think. So I didn’t want to keep bothering her. The manager that dealt with my coffee question was very accommodating which I appreciate. Seems like some folks here on Google Reviews got great meals, so buyers beware, but at these prices, I’d try something cheaper on the menu or go elsewhere.

Went yesterday for a pint of beer, the server definitely put in her own tip at like 20% before letting me scan my card, I had pressed 15% but the way she was holding it was hiding the total amount and I was exhausted from my long day of travelling. Feels so scummy, ended up being 28$ canadian for pouring a freaking pint of beer ‍ You suck for this.

Service absolutely sucked here. No one to seat us so we just sat at a dirty table we wiped down ourselves. Then after 15 min of no one coming to check on us we just ordered on our phone. After 20 min I was able to grab someone and ask where my beer was and then they brought it. When I ordered, off my phone again, for my next drink it also took 15 min for me to get (luckily I had a 4 hour layover!) Right now it is 9:00pm and they close at 10. Everyone thought they were closing because they are cleaning everything, shutting sections down, ignoring customers, etc. I currently have a server wiping down the opposite side of my table while I am still sitting here. I also just heard a server having a conversation with a female who walked in talking her out of eating because “they close at 10 but they leave right at 10” so she could order to go only based off what he told her. Now I was just asked if I was ordering anything else as I finish my beer and was told they close in 10 minutes…I said it’s 9:13 I thought you all closed at 10. He mumbled something about 9:30. This place is a joke. My wife made the comment that she hadn’t seen so many employees all night or working so hard as to clean up, close early, and leave.

I sat at the bar and was COMPLETELY ignored, for a good 10 minutes. Plenty of staff.and managers. They just make use their QR to order, which takes forever. Do they consider some people want to just be served reasonably quickly, pay cash and tip?
I’ve been a bartender for years, and this is a disgrace to the profession, where we worked for tips.
