If it were possible to give this place negative Stars I would first of all I waited at the counter for about 8 minutes before I was even acknowledged I called to the back several times hello hello hello with no response well I could hear someone back there then after about 8 minutes of waiting a lady finally came out and was like I’ll be with you in a few minutes are then proceeded to wait another 5 minutes for her to come back out to order two of the snack and Bacons to which I was told they didn’t have any so then I tried to order avocado toast was told they didn’t have any and then try to get donuts and they had none of those the lady was rude it was a very disappointing experience not understanding why they were open at a 24-hour truck stop if you have nothing to serve and you don’t wait on your customers in appropriate timely manner the lady was an older lady with short gray hair a little on the heavier side ensure in height here’s a tip for you if you don’t like your job then go find a new one and try having pride in the job that you choose and do better so extremely disappointed

I’ve been going here for 8yrs. Service has been hit or miss. Coffees messed up numerous times. I have a heart condition and my husband has diabetes. So 1 drink no caffeine & 1 sugar free. I always ask for no whip and they add it anyways, making me question if the rest of the important requests are ignored, risking our health factors. Today, I was given only given 1 drink and they quickly make the 2nd when I mentioned it and they made it totally wrong. Had to go back up there after I got home and realized. No apology… I told the girl I wanted the correct drink, a decaf caramel craze -no whip. Girl hollered for them to make another caramel craze no whip. I said “it has to be decaf. I have heart issues”. Then she quickly told them to make decaf. I dunno what I’m drinking

I really enjoy the drinks from Dunkin and love that this one is 24 hrs. Only real complaint would be the amount of ice in your drink if you don’t otherwise specify (see photo after matcha was drank).

My favorite drink, cold brew caramel iced coffee with cream and sugar is always served correctly which makes me happy! Service has always been great also.

I asked for a large I latte and they gave me more ice than an actual drink and when I told them about it that I wanted little they gave me it back 1/4 of an empty cup with NO ICE what so ever. The employee that gave me, the coffee Was feisty about it. D=

I stopped at this Dunkin’ and wasn’t quite sure what to get, but I definitely wanted a caffeine kick with a sugar high. 10 minutes later I’m stuck on the side of the road with a blown tire, which should be stressful, but I’m not even mad because this coffee changed my tire for me! Best Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to.

I only gave this place three stars because I ordered two things and I wanted to try the avocado toast especially, and I got a croissant with sausage egg which that turned out okay, but the avocado toast the bread was stale or was over toasted it was so dry that it thunked when I put the box on the table! 🙁 Needless to say I was very disappointed. Also the bacon that was supposed to be topped on the toast was supposed to be crumbles not chunks. Yes I am picky with my food but when I am trying something new and the picture has sold me and then I get the food and it looks nothing like the picture then well I’m not happy and I love avocados and my stomach was really looking forward to eating something better for me than the usual junk food
