I went in to order a classic pizza which they usually have some ready for walk in customers. The lady that helped me said they ran out and it will be 7 to 10 minute wait. There was already a person waiting in front of me in which the employee offered them a 2 liter for their wait. Another lady comes in and orders 3 classics and gets the same answer of 7 to 10 minute wait. When they finally had some pizzas ready, a new customer came in and ask for all the classics that they had and the same lady that assisted us gave him all the pizzas that we were waiting for. I asked for a refund and told her I was waiting for the pizza only for her to realize what she did and she stayed quiet and went to the back to get someone else’s order. She then told me she had a pizza ready. I continued to refuse which the manager came and issued a refund. No apology for what happened. The guy that had ordered before me was still waiting after that.

The extra most bestest pizza is now just a normal pizza, with arguably less toppings than the past. Starting to not be worth the price. I’m not expecting top notch service, but employees running to the back of the store so they can socialize instead of give me my order is pretty ridiculous.

I love Little Caesars pizza. It may be considered a budget pizzeria but it is one of my favorites and you can’t beat the Italian cheese bread. I love the quick prep times and great customer service. I love the extreme supreme but my go to is the classic pepperoni

I don’t want to even give this place one star! Who owns this place? They need to go by and see how poorly it’s operating. Music blasting in the back, several workers standing around while one girl making pizzas. She had to come to the front to get my order after I was standing there for nearly 10 minutes. No management available. No pizzas in the warmers on a Friday night?
