I ordered online and drove 30 mins away to get my order. I got there ahead of schedule and waited in the car until it was time to go in during the time frame my order would be done. When my husband walked in they said my order was not done because they forgot to put make cheese bread. When he came back to tell me this I got off the car to see what the wait was about. A worker came over and stated that they were packing up cheese breads right now. As the worker that was helping me tried to do his job and get my order done there was a young lady and was taking her time to get cheese bread out of pan for her customer. When the worker that was helping me told the young lady to hurry because i was standing there waiting for my order she said “not to rush her” and going even slower. Rogelio (the Manger) was the only one working in a fast manner listening to what was going on and not taking any action to the situation. When Rogelio finally got my order to me I asked him his name and he told me and I asked him her name he said he could not give me that information. I said that was fair and asked who the Manger was and he said him. I told him thank you and went on my way. I felt that young lady was very unprofessional and didn’t care about the work she was doing and the urgency in her work environment.

I had gone to Little Cesar’s on a Sunday and on Monday had a charge on my card that was not authorized. I never was charged for my my pizza; however the person who handled my card charged it to a sports store. I called and spoke to a manager who basically just told me to call my bank and all would be fine. I had all ready informed him I had received my money back but that was not the point. I wanted make them aware of the situation. He would not give me his name but he did give me the name to his higher up. He finally told me his name , however I don’t know if that is the correct name. I’m waiting now to speak to Natalie the general manager.

Came to the drive-thru. First the young lady was rushing us to get the order taken and kept saying “pull forward” and we hadn’t even finished ordering everything we wanted. Then when we get to the window to pay it was clear she hadn’t actually put in our order because she typed it in when we got to the window. We gave her the cash so that she would give us back exactly $15 in change. She messed up there because she wasn’t paying attention. She was laughing with her coworker and eating an ice cream cone instead. Then as we are waiting for our order to be completed we see a kid (I’m guessing a worker that was off) pull up go inside says what up to the staff and then he starts making pizzas. 10 mins later he leaves with the 3 pizzas he made for himself, all before we get our food. Also none of the staff were wearing any hairnets or caps.

Ordered through the app and received notification that my order was ready. Arrived through the drive-thru to learn that it was in the oven still. Told to drive to the front. After waiting 15 mins and no one bringing out my pizza I went through the drive-thru again and was told they lost my ordered that I paid for via the app. I’ve been waiting again and asked about my order in the lobby while others are waiting for their orders. Was informed that they have a lot of orders ahead of mine so my order was put at the end. Make this right. I’ve already paid.

went through drive thru. Ordered a pretzel crust pizza and was told it would be about 10 minutes. So we waited. Got the wrong pizza. Went in, ordered again a pretzel crust pizza. Waited another 10 minutes. Got pizza and figured it would be the right one this time-got home, wrong pizza AGAIN. Good grief how hard can it be??
