The Staff here is some of the best! Always do curbside and order is delivered quickly and always correct! I seem to interact with Dayquan a lot and he’s a wonderful young man! 6/23/2023 at 5:35PM. We stopped for some cookies and a coffee. The female on this shift deserves more than 5 stars. A thousand stars would be necessary for the service she provided. She had us laughing while we waited and also managed to take care of everyone who waiting for service at the front. She gave us fresh cookies and even threw in a little extra for the wait. I work as an EMT and had one of the worst calls a night ago and she didn’t even know me and made my whole day. So thank you, she deserves a raise and a half!

Worlds greatest service! We came in to get shamrock shakes and unfortunately they were sold out. But the manager, let me tell you the manager, somehow managed to whip up 2 shamrock shakes!! If I could I’d give 10/5 stars! Oh and on top of our order, he offered us a free McFlurry. Like some top tier service here happening at McDonald’s!

This store gets an A+ for service. The self ordering kiosk sucks and rarely works, so I asked a worker to take my order, washed was very polite and responsive. The food was nasty and greasy although it wasn’t rhe workers’ fault. Service was fast and the store was clean. I really need to stop eating this overpriced garbage

So I currently just left this location… when I first arrived at the pickup window I asked the cashier if she could add a desert to my order. She went to consult with another employee then came back to tell me “this is going to sound bad but no I cannot add an apple pie to your order you will have to go through the line again” 8 minutes later she brought me my food. I just don’t see how adding an apple pie would have made their jobs any more difficult but whatever I guess. ♀️ NOT to mention they forgot my fries but couldn’t add a simple apple pie?

I know it was recently remodeled, but it still looks very nice and clean. The manager at store 5842 is very friendly, helpful, courteous and accommodating, constantly making sure everything is taken care of. He’s excellent. He is everything a manager should be at least from the customers point of view. I will continue to go out of my way to go to that specific location just because of him.
