I ordered and paid online and when my husband got there the lady told him he had to pay so he did l. I was charged double. I called to fix it and they never answered. My husband went up there and they told him she would let the manager known the next day because she wasn’t in that day. So we went back the next day and still no manager no refund back. Mind you it was a big order for a party. The manager never showed up and she wasn’t going to be in for the week so they suggested us to contact our bank. It was a headache on something so simple. Never going back! Horrible customer service. My advice is to avoid them and use another location. Plus the pizza was cold and hard.

I’m giving a 1 because 0 is not available. The large pepperoni I purchased was cold and so very dry. Wasn’t cut right so it all fell apart. Plus, I had to wait 15 minutes for a pizza that was already supposedly made. Do not go here. Just my experience.

Pizza is great, but the service needs to get better. Operating procedures is also a must people can go in there and leave with pizzas they did not ordered or paid for. Cashier told me to come back in 11 minutes and as I was coming in she was calling out an order and no one responded, two guys were in there and they told here they were waiting on one pepperoni pizza. After 20 minutes later cashier pulled out the two pizzas she had called out earlier when I had walked in and the two grabbed them, those were the two pizzas I had ordered. Guys left laughing. After another ten minutes she was able to get my pizzas. I could have said I had three or four and she would not have known the difference. She never even gave me a receipt. Anyone can come in and leave with pizza.

Finally they have a real new Manager! Roxanne is the new manager and she is awesome. Great customer service and professional. She is cleaning the store which I noticed when I go in. Previous managers were lazy and lame and it was awful. She has fired some employees that were stealing and had bad customer service. And they are retaliating with negative lies here and reviews. Still has some house cleaning to do but she is working hard at it. She took the time to tell me all this and how they move her from store to store to flip. Her history proves she can get the job done. My pizzas are always hot and ready since she has been there. They taste good and look good. My kids love pizza from that location now.

I come to this Little Caesars all the time. I love it! The New Store Manager and employees are awesome. Their speed, customer service are fantastic! I will continue to come here. For all of these recent reviews are very alarming lies. I wish people would stop posting their lies just because they can not get their orders right. Also if your order is wrong bring it back the same day not a day later and say you ate the pizza. If it is not good enough then dont eat it. I wouldn’t. I would bring it back as soon as I notice something was not right. But you losers than eat the food and have nothing to show for it and want a refund or exchange. Shame on you!!! Get a life! Also the New store Manager cleaned this store up and she is doing a great job. She is AWESOME. NEVER HAD ANY ISSUES.
