The day on the outage they was very busy. But that wasn’t even the problem. The problem is when I over heard the associate tell a customer it will be a long wait. So when it was my turn I ask her how long of a wait and she was over a hour cause of all the other in front of me wanted pepperoni. I told her I just would like plain cheese pizza. She said it will still be a wait cause everyone wanted pepperoni. Very rude and was upset that it was busy. I will for now on go drive to the broken arrow little Caesar for better service

So, I walk in expecting to have my order taken as per usual in the food industry. This was not in fact the service I received, I could hear from the distance someone say “oh hell naw” as I walk in, the girl who obviously said it had an encounter with me prior, due to her poor customer service which has improved since I last asked for the manager, she’s better now I’d hope. The two young men that were in the front had on a smirk on their faces , trying to hold in their laughter, for what? I have no clue. I did nothing to them but walk in and get food like any other customer. Another gentlemen walks in AFTER ME! and gets service BEFORE ME! when I was their FIRST. I was completely disregarded, and ignored. I’m going to say this is a discrimination profiling, the one who was taking my order was trying so hard not to laugh in my face, I felt the anger building up inside me, but I needed to keep it cute and professional. So after receiving my order and after being ignored the first time walking in , I kindly ask the young lady if the manager was present, she stated kindly “ yes let get her real quick” the manager walks up, she’s sweet and I can tell she doesn’t mean for these things to occur, so I didn’t hold it against her, she offered to give me a free drink which would of solved nothing honestly, but I appreciate her due diligence, she’s cool, love her for that. Now as for the two young men who treated me poorly, discriminating me, I hope they learn from this and realize it could have gone left real quick, I was nice. Someone else won’t be so nice about it. So if your gay or lgbt, watch your back at This location, be prepared to be discriminated and ignored.

A place an order on the app when I got to the the food was in the wrong slot. Then when I looked at my pizza it had olives instead of onions. So they said wait on a new one to get made in the meantime I asked them, to please put my cheese stuffed bread in the warmer they gave it out to another customer while I waited. Then they said they’ll remake that bread and I didn’t have a lot more time being I was on my lunch break so then he rushed it through in a few minutes and gave me raw bread. I had to come home and finish cooking it but I paid them to cook it. Always have trouble with this store. I’m just over it now.

It is always fresh because I order on line which is super easy, I get a tracking number text to my phone when it’s ready. Walk in punch in my numbers get my pizza and go. Always a good source when I’m on the way home and don’t want to cook dinner.

They usually take care of me here. This go round, seeing a guy back there cutting the pizza and being on his phone immediately afterwards. Well, I see that he doesn’t care from looking at his cuts… Just look where the center point of the cut is, very disappointing

Just had the worst customer service ever! I told the cashier what I wanted and paid with a $20. Gives back $1 and change. I told him I gave him a $20 so the shift manager can’t do customer service either as took over 20 minutes to pull the drawer and then had the nerve to tell me it was a $10. So got no pizza or anything for being inconvenienced! I don’t recommend this store if you want decent quality and service. I’ve been to this store in the past and they can’t seem to get an order right and refused to correct the problem then and still they have bad customer service. So try going somewhere else that will make your order complete and better manager staff!

Today I tried the extra most bestest pepperoni thin crust pizza with crazy bread and crazy sauce!!! Wow. It really made a huge difference from the deep dish I am hugely addicted to. The pizza also makes a great breakfast…..for those of you who are old school cold pizza lovers
