Never really had a complaint always been average until today… my deep dish pepperoni looked like 2 bad microwave pizzas stuffed into a box. The worst pizza I’ve ever had from little Caesars. Then there’s my pretzel crust pizza no idea what happened there regular crust with cheeze sauce and pepperoni not the worst but not what i ordered. Won’t be going back for a while.

I usually order in advance for this location because the few times I’ve gone they are pretty busy and are working on multiple orders. After my call, pizza was ready in 15min. The lady at the front desk that cashed me out was super nice and always has a smile on her face. That’s always a plus as a customer. Cheese pizza I ordered was good. Nothing crazy, but always convenient.

My husband and I decided to order here since our regular Little C’s is on a road where construction is going on. We ordered 3 extra most bestest pepperoni and sausage pizzas. When my husband came home, the pizzas looked “old” and they were not the right order.They were regular toppings.We debated about calling or going back. I understand that maybe there is not enough staff or whatever. But this is now the 3rd time the quality, staff and experience has not been good.

Employees were pleasant. They were really busy but greeted everyone who walked through the door. The food tastes like you’d expect. Edible but not outstanding. Unless, of course, we’re talking about the crazy bread which, I can eat way to much of. But they tend to over sauce their wings. The waiting area can start to feel a little cramped depending on how many people are waiting, but they are efficient, and the wait wasn’t too long.

Not a very friendly place. Staff is rude and the kids working like to cuss in front of customers who have little children with them. Mixed kid with curly hair definitely needs to learn respect and learn some customer service! Next time I’ll drive clear across town rather then coming here!

i attempted to place my order online that was a big order. when i saw that there was no pay instore option i called to place my order because i was paying with cash. when the phone was answered it was just answered with an abrupt hello. i had to ask if i was calling little caesers and i had to ask if it was the right location i wanted to place my order at. when we got to placing the order the gentleman was getting extremely frustrated with the order because of the size. when i arrived at the store they did not have my order of almost 50 dollars. which at that point i proceeded to replace my order at the counter and the whole time placing my order he kept telling me how much longer it would take with each item. after placing the order again technologically for the third time i was told that it would take 20 to 25 minutes approximately after sitting for around 30 minutes i had seen multiple customers decide not to deal with this gentleman at the counter and walk out and multiple door dash divers cancel on there customers because of how this gentleman talked to them. after waiting nearly 50 minutes my order was ready. when i received my order i had to ask for a few items that were on my order because it was not complete. when i was handed the item that were left out of my order they were tosed in to my bag when a grunt and said rudely here you go. im sorry but that was one of the worst examples of customer service i have ever seen.
