called to inquire about the slices and sticks to see if I can get hamburger added to it or substituted. I was told no only pepperoni or pizza so that I ordered it only to show up and get a tiny box and say what is this and said oh it’s the deep dish it’s what’s most popular now and I said this is not what I ordered. I never inquired about deep dish never once said it so then I had to wait an extra 10 minutes for them to fulfill my true order and then for them to say oh will give you the other thing that we made for you half off instead of they should’ve made it free because I never once inquired about deep dish I was just simply asking a customized question and they assumed and now half my shit is cold. I’m more than upset that I had to wait 20 minutes for both orders and had to pay for what was already screwed up.

They focus so much on speed, the accuracy is off. Can’t get their orders right, but hey you got a quick pizza. For the same price you can go to Dominos not too far away, and get accurate orders and better pizza quality.

Every-time I come to this store it is at least another 30 minute wait when I get to the store after placing an order online. Today, my order was messed up. Got crazy puffs instead of my pepperoni pizza and the manager Kaitlyn said it would be ready in 5 minutes. 15 minutes goes by and I couldn’t eat for my lunch. I asked her if I could get a refund and she walked away and ignored me. Kaitlyn is a very rude individual. Little Cesar’s needs to reevaluate who gets hired on.

Never really had a complaint always been average until today… my deep dish pepperoni looked like 2 bad microwave pizzas stuffed into a box. The worst pizza I’ve ever had from little Caesars. Then there’s my pretzel crust pizza no idea what happened there regular crust with cheeze sauce and pepperoni not the worst but not what i ordered. Won’t be going back for a while.

Went today at 11, I don’t know what was going on. There was no hot and ready anything. And the lady who was running around keep yelling for help upfront. And nobody came. She just keep yelling and beating stuff on the counter. She was losing her mind. But I did get my order in the end. I hope somebody came and helped her.

Let me start with the good. The staff here are amazing. When I walked into the store front, all the employees were diligently working. Stacy quickly took my order and let me know it might be about a 15-minute wait. The store itself could use an update, I feel like it’s been the same store front for the past 20 years, “I might be wrong.” Now to the disappointment. I order a pepperoni deep dish, and it’s more like a regular pizza. Not thick or deep at all. Overall, it was a great experience until I got my order. Do a deep dish right, or not at all. This “deep dish” is no thicker than my pointer finger. The proof is in the picture. ✌️
