Placed an order at 7 pm was told order would be ready for pick up at 8:07 pm. Showed up at 8:05 and stood inside for well over an hour employees were no help, not answering the phone, ignoring all other guests inside the store. They had all the online order tickets stacked up and mix and matched all the orders. Finally after an hour and a half of waiting my food is ready but I’m missing a pizza and two orders of wings never coming here again awful service and refused to give me a refund

Door dash, or other food delivery service. People hosting large gatherings seem to flock here for their pizza. Super, SUPER busy. I waited for a full hour to get my one pizza, and I came before the dinner rush..It was a online order too.. If your ordering for your family, try another location. The staff tried their best to keep up with demands. There was no one that was just for the customer service. There was no “hot n’ ready” food items that your could just walk in and buy. Witnessed and spoke three families left to do business elsewhere. Jammed packed with people waiting on their online orders. Be a food service or family. My family was so hangry. Little Caesars, will always have my business. Just not this location I went to. Best of luck y’all

I ordered a pizza online at 1:29pm on a Saturday. It is now 2:44pm and I still do not have my pizza. I live like 5 minutes from the little ceasers. This is not the only time I have ordered and had to wait over an hour for a pizza but it is my last time. It said would be delivered at 2:01pm. I highly recommend to not order from little ceasers especially the one off of Dundee in palatine. The wait is just too long. Having gone to location previously for other orders the workers seem to not really care and are disorganized. One time I went and it took almost 20 minutes before someone decided to man the register despite multiple people waiting and trying to get the staffs attention. I gave 1 star but wish I could give 0. Worst pizza ordering experience I have ever had.

I bought two pizzas online and picked them up at the store, i waited for an hour and both pizzas came out burnt, there were several people waiting for their pizzas and many people complaining about the service, the manager tried his best to coordinate everything but the employees were not helpful at all and even argued with the manager, I felt sorry for the manager.

Ordered pizza at 6:47 tonight. App saod it would be ready by 7:22. Left empty-handed with screaming kids at 8:15. When I finally tried to speak to someone, customers were rude stating I cut in line, but there was one person being helped at the counter and just a lot of people standing around. I had ordered my pizza 90 minutes before. The app said that it had been in the pizza oven for 20 minutes, and I was simply asking for them to remove it from the oven and bring it to me. The man stated that I had to stay in the store and get in line to wait for it. My understanding was they want customers to use the app. I understand that those customers were upset I asked for help after waiting in my car for twenty minutes, but the managers need to have a sign on the door, or something to communicate this…I ordered online and had no idea what was going on. Parents, like me, with small children cannot just easily bring the kids in the store. I had two very hungry and upset children by the time I left to go to another restaurant.

Pizza is rarely ready by the time it says when you order online. Customer service truly sucks(the last time I went in there I was greeted with a “what?” By the person who appeares to be the manager. and twice now the food is soggy. Not so “Hot”, even less “Ready”!

i got off work at 8 and made my order on the app little did i know this place was so backed up that there would be no chance for my order to be made before closing(this has happened before at another location but i was promptly called and notified that i was getting a refund and to not drive to the store) this time i was told 10 min past the time my order should have been ready that we would all be told to leave at 9. now almost 2 hours after i got off work i am eating my pizza that i picked up from the carpentersville location.

Ive been to many LC restaurants in my life and this one is the best. LC is everywhere and cheap and most are unremarkable. Many have uncaring employees. This one is a diamond in the rough. The dudes who work here are chill and kind. They genuinely seemed happy to interact with people and make every order right and every customer happy. Thier attitude shows in the food. It just tastes better and has better presentation than other LCs with less caring employees. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Can i give it a zero? Put in an order online at 7:15pm for pickup at 7:50pm. Show up, but there’s a hand-written note on the door that says “Close at 7pm”. Disabling online ordering if you’re gonna close early would be nice.
