The Coppermill Steakhouse & Lounge in McCook, NE now open for lunch. We offer a varied menu, excellent service and the largest wine selection in Southwest Nebraska. Our full menu consists in: main courses, sandwiches, salads, appetizers, sides, kid’s meals and dessert. All our steaks are aged in house for a minimum of 30 days and cut by hand daily using only the finest Prime and Choice Stockyards Angus Beef. Served with one side, soup or house or caesar salad. Our full bar offers: Domestic and imported beers, house cocktails, martinis, and wine. Absolutely stunning food! Well prepared and amazingly delicious. Now, you will pay a bit more than normal here, but it’s totally worth it. We had a few beers in the bar area first before going to our table, and the atmosphere was great! Servers were very attentive and we literally couldn’t fault any of it! We’ll be back for sure!

*Service was a 5 star! Not once were we waiting for a drink,appetizers or main course. All impeccable timing! She knew us all on a first name basis once asking.
They sat us accordingly in restaurant in convenience with the bar and kitchen which was a great move.
Kudos to wait staff you all deserve a recognition.
*Ambience is also a 5 star! Love the open plan and ability to watch the TV’s tastefully while keeping a high scale restaurant vibe.
*Drinks and bar keep rate a 5 star! We had our own bartender! Drinks were great, options were endless , wine was lovely and the beer was ice cold and always a full one waiting. Thank you!
*FOOD was 5 STARS! From appetizers to my fillet cooked to absolute perfection and full of tender juicy flavor and Thank you for everything! You guys never disappoint!

Amazing on every level! We enjoyed their Thursday night Date Night special. Top tier food and presentation! Great waitress. Pace of meal was perfect. This place is a must if you want some of the BEST FOOD between Omaha and Denver!
We had an artichoke dip appetizer. Our salads were beautiful and generous. I had the BBQ Sampler, and my wife had the Filet Mingon. Then we followed up with some of the world’s best bread pudding topped with cinnamon ice cream.

Located behind the Runza, has spacious parking and a secluded vibe. Christina was our waitress for an early dinner. She was attentive, kind, personable, and understanding of my toddler daughter and her messes. We ordered the calamari appetizer, fried shrimp kids meal, chicken fried steak dinner, and the salmon dinner. Both dinners included the option of house salad, Caesar salad, or beer cheese soup. The chicken fried steak was a huge top sirloin cut and tasted phenomenal. The bourbon white gravy on top over mashed potatoes really brought the dish together. My New Hampshire born and raised father said the salmon was the best he had ever had. We both agreed between the service and kindness of all that staff and the superior quality of food, that this was one of the best (if not best) meals we have had in this region of the county. Prices are expected for a higher end steakhouse. But they directly reflect the portions and high quality of product put out. I cannot begin to rave enough about this place! With that being said… The only negative I have, is that there is no changing table in the restroom. Which made it very hard to change my 14 month old. Other than that everything was spectacular!!!!

Staff were super friendly and the menu had a wide choice with some excellent specials. Jalapenos Wrapped in Bacon….Amazing, Artichoke, Garlic and Parmesan soup, the best soup I have had in the states. The South West steak with a coffee and Chili rub… outstanding. The Peanut butter cheesecake was unreal. What a gem in McCook.

You never thought , find a place like this in a small city like McCook , even though was in a game day , they treat us very well , the food was awesome the best steak I ever tried (aged beef ) it’s the real deal . Even though the prices are higher for this kind of beef , totally worth it, anyway their menu is set for every budget. The service was great , the drinks and the desserts . Favorite culinary experience .Great work guys !!!!
