I wish the staff was more helpful. The cashier is the only one cooking. Not welcoming at all. When I was trying to other he was fast to say “we got no change” no greeting ,no nothing.
Other people was there trying to order , he just said “put your code in the pizza portal and go” then the lady was trying to tell him there was no said that she paid for, he just said “that’s all we got” definitely not coming back.

We put in an online order 3 hours BEFORE we needed it and the pizza STILL wasn’t ready! Instead of apologizing and prioritizing my order they said “You need to be patient” NOT if I put in an online order 3 hours before! The order wasn’t ready until almost 2 hours LATER! Waiting in the car hungry and upset is pretty patient.
We’ve come by here several times for convenience and this is ALWAYS an issue with this location. They seem understaffed and unorganized. Sometimes nobody is in front.
There was another time we went that we were waiting for our order and found out our order was sitting in the warmer oven for about 15 min until the employee realized it ONLY because we pointed out to him that we got the notification it was ready 15 minutes ago!
If you have to come here maybe call them first to make sure your order is ready? Otherwise know you may have to wait.

I ordered at like 510 and it took 1hr and 40 minutes to be ready.
They had 40 orders they still needed to do when I arrived.
I swear the 5 star reviews have to be fake and the owner who replies to these needs to get their act together or get fired.

I came in today and was not super happy with my experience we were given a pizza of bad quality and I didn’t notice until we were home and didn’t have time to go back until later that day. When I did get the chance to go back I was greeted by Kevin which exceeded my expectation on fixing the issue! I felt herd understood and taken care of I really appreciate you Kevin and team job well done!

They chose not to make my order for two and a half hours after I placed it. I called several times and was told they’d look into it but then just put on hold until I hung up. Ultimately my order was cancelled and I received no food.
I have no idea why this restaurant refuses to make food, but if you actually want your meal consider going somewhere else.

If you try to come here after 4 pm expect 40 minutes on top of your estimated order time. Doesn’t matter what day. Usually they are severally understaffed. The workers usually have a dont care attitude but I dont blame them if you put a 17 year old in charge a full resturant with 15 people in the lobby.
Food is usually okay. Sometimes undercooked which is shocking with how long it takes to make. I get that its little Cesar’s but this location always disappoints in either time or quality (or both).

Terrible service the manager doesn’t know what he’s doing. Kept complaining about how he’s putting in more then 40 hrs a week instead of moving to get peoples orders. You ask a question after you preordered your food and they tell you half hr to come in and they haven’t even made the order or lost the order and still get mad at you or yell at you, the Lack of organization sucks. Waited aver an hour if they are short staffed they should let people know that they are busy and it’s gonna be a long wait but no they suck at their service. Wouldn’t even give a one star for this location..

I’ve had bad experiences at this pizza place in Palatine. They make customers wait a long time for their orders, and it seems like they have very few employees. However, lately I’ve had several unpleasant experiences with one Mexican employee who has a very poor attitude, acts unprofessionally, and treats customers with arrogance. He doesn’t seem to care about helping people who often wait more than 20 minutes. Today, around 8 p.m. on Wednesday, I decided to leave without my order because I was extremely disappointed by his rude service.
