We ordered 2 pizzas and 2 crazy breads, the lady told us 15 minutes, so we went to Napa to buy taillights and came back in 15. We stood in the lobby for another 30 minutes before our food came. My boyfriend asked the lady working the till 3 times if she knew how much longer it would be and she ignored that he even said anything and pretended not to hear him. Worst service I’ve ever had there.

Terrible at efficiency and timing people’s orders. Dozens of random pizzas coming out and getting boxed up. Then they sit on the counter getting cold, because it’s never the right combination of pizzas to fill anyone’s order. Ordering online is a joke. Get there at the time it’s supposed to be ready and still wait 30 minutes watching employees that look clueless wandering around lost. And I am the stupid one to keep going back for the pizza and crazy bread.

Disappointed. Ordered pretzel cheddar pizza and ended up with pizza sauce rather than the cheese sauce. Bummer when your expecting your order to be one way and it comes another. I would assume most people order the pretzel pizza because of the cheese sauce. Someone used to call and let you know they were out of the item you ordered and if you wanted to still order it.

I ordered 9 pizzas at 200 pm for my preschool graduation party. The 9 pizzas were to be ready by 630. I had 32 people waiting for dinner my employees were there at 625 to pick pizzas up they only had 1 pizza ready…there were no other pizzas in thee warmer .My employees stood around for 25 mins. I was so angry to think that no one cared to check on line to have 9 pizzas ready! I have been buying pizzas from little ceasers many years but not so sure any more..
