I did call and was refunded $5.18. They also offered to remake it, safe to say I didn’t have much of an appetite after finding that. Duane was the employee who I spoke to on the phone, he was very apologetic and pleasant. So I guess that was nice. Definitely a frustrating situation, now I’m hungry AND traumatized, I won’t be going back.
If you order here just make sure to double check the bottom of your food or you might get unwanted extra protein…
It’s clear that the Little Ceasars corporation doesn’t make sure each store is properly managed and maintained. — OWNER: properly staff your business so the employees have time to clean, have time to prepare food so it arrives on time and have time to put orders in the portal.
– They cancel orders regularly when they get too busy (often)
– They refuse to give refunds to customers who are walking out the door with no food because they never cooker your order
– The service staff will respond rudely if you seem to mind paying for food you never got
Normally, I won’t shit on staff at a restaurant. I know they’re underpaid and under-trained, but this location is running a straight up scam.
Don’t expect any help from the corporate office either. Taking money for nothing seems to be the ideal business model for the Ilitch family.
Would Come back
I Ordered and went to the store to pick It up at the time provided. After arriving I waited in the store for 30 minutes. It wasn’t busy as I can understand if that’s the case. Over an hour for small little Caesar’s order is crazy.
Never any hot-and-readys stocked.
Even with online ordering, orders usually take 30-40 minutes over the quoted time for pick up.
