Dirty little pizza joint. Good for a didsapointing night when you don’t have enough time or money for a real pizza. Service always feels like you’re slightly inconveniencing the staff, and the space is too small for more than one customer at a time.

If you like a Terribly made food and Horrible service look no further! Placed my order 15 min before i got out of work so it would be ready by the time I headed home. Showed up 25 minutes after order food wasn’t even made or started and it wasn’t busy! Proceeded to wait for my order! Got home and what do ya know the pizza was doughy AF same with the bread sticks! Inside was clown show with some dumb dumbs working!

Might be the worst pizza location to ever exist, not just little ceasars franchises either, this might be the worst pizza store in America. If you enjoy burning your money and still being Hungry after, then this is the place for you. I’ve purchased food from this location three times now, and each time I’ve had to call for remakes. Pizzas not cut, missing cheese or sauce, not cooked all the way, you name it and I guarantee you they’ve messed it up in that fashion. Utterly disappointed and dissatisfied with this location, especially since it’s the only joint close-ish to Northwood

Asked for a few things of nacho cheese cups waited 15 minutes for pizza didn’t have the few cheese cups. Waited another 5 minutes for the nacho cheese cups and they came back with ONE nacho cheese cup. Then when we got the pizza everything was falling apart. Not even the dough stuck together

I asked the general nicely if he had washed his hands before making my order as I had little ones eating it, very rude blew me off gave me attitude saying well I always wash my hands….in any food related company it is STATE law to wear gloves and wash hands before handling any kind of food. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 bread sticks and 3 sauce got home and realized they shorted up a sauce (picked up in pizza portal) and my ham and pineapple pizza has pepperoni on it wife called and while on speaker phone I hear the kid say snotty What do you want me to do about it! Well talk about quality and customer service! Nope nope nope and you can’t even choose 0 stars bad business there also!!!!

I’m not sure if someone confused sugar with salt or what, but I ordered the “Pizza and Stix” and the Italian cheese bread seasoning had a weird sweet taste. It was such a weird combination of flavors, I just couldn’t get past it. Trashed! Gave an extra star for the brownies..they were delicious, but arrived premade so can’t mess that up.

I have had a lot of issues here with under cooked food, and it’s getting old. Not to mention, the customer service is terrible, IF they answer the phones that is. I called 4 times and no answer. Waited an hour, still no answer.
