Well it was an experience.
Went in for the new crazy puffs. I didn’t anticipate them being like a ‘hot n ready’ I knew we would have to wait a little bit. That’s fine.
Went back to the car, waited.
As we are waiting there is crowds of ppl going into the shop. Time was approx 430pm.
My lapse time was about 15 mins. I went back inside to a long line. Waited in line and I could see the prep table. There were my puffs. Sitting there in the medal cupcake tin. They sat there for about 10 mins bc the lady working proceeds to finish a mans order who ordered his food after me. I saw ppl using this location like a fast food service….it’s not… Order ahead unless you are getting an actual hot n ready. If you walk into a location and order expect to wait a few mins. That’s fine. But let’s not all gather and hover the counter pressuring to get your order first. (To the man who got his 7 pizzas before me and order after me )
The whole experience was horrible.
The customer service was terrible. And what I saw standing in line waiting, I wish I could unsee.
To the manager:: you need help scheduling. Your workers need more help…it’s obvious.
The puffs themselves are overrated. But fair for the price

Why the picture online got 70928277283 pepperonis on the pizza but the one I ordered got 5 on each it seem like, if yall needed the help I could’ve jumped back there is all im saying, ask for help next time guys, I’ll make my own pizza

10/25/24 we did a online order 2 orders of stuffed bread stixs. So they weren’t rushed in any way about 15 or 20 mins I get the email saying order is ready went and picked it up from the portal they felt like they just came out of a fridge got home opened the bags and they were just some cold dough wrapped around a cheese stick. Still attempted to eat them because how expensive they are for 3 stix. They were just dough not cooked at all so me and the girlfriend just threw them away.

I placed an order over the phone around 1pm for a 5pm pick up. When I arrived, the front person couldn’t find my order, and suggested I ordered at the wrong store. I had made sure it was the correct location before ordering so I assured him that I ordered correctly. I asked if he could call the other store, and after he did, my order has been lost, never placed into the system. Third time this summer I have tried to get food from this location and either they had no hot and readys available…or they lost my order.

The worst experience I’ve ever had at any restaurant in my entire life. Ordered online and was told it would be ready by 5:58. Waited until 6:43. Was told they were waiting on a pretzel pizza. A guy who ordered 20 minutes before then came in and got a pretzel pizza and I was told they had no idea where mine was. Finally asked for a refund and the manager said nothing and dropped coins on the counter while handing me cash. Wasted over an hour plus drive and never even got any pizza.
