Ordered 2 regular rounds online, revived the pizzas and they appeared to be made on the thin crust. Called the store and the employee agreed to remake them and I was very satisfied with that. Picked up the remade pizzas and they looked almost the same so I asked if there was something wrong with the dough today the employee said “yeah there must be I don’t know, have a good night”. Crazy bread was not soft at all with barely any butter and parmesan. Used to enjoy getting pizza from here but the last few times have been awful.

Worst meal I have ever gotten from a Little Ceasers. Bread sticks were not proofed , looked and tasted over cooked, hard and chewie. Pizza crust was just as bad if not worse, not proofed, thin and hard as a rock. Don’t waste your time or money going here, I had to throw most of mine in the trash because it was not eatable.

Asked for a well done pizza and the pizza was barely cooked. Called to let them know and got excuses. Most undercooked pizza I have ever had. I will take my business elsewhere. That includes the gas station and liquor store.

Worst pizza ever. The crust is not cooked, one side of pizza the crust is super thin and the other side is thick not cooked. The young kids screw up the first order and then laughed and Redid a new one.. the bread sticks are burned and tasted like cardboard.. just sad we can’t have a good pizza place around here ..

Would love to rate the food but was not able.to get anything. Went in at 1245pm to pick up a couple hot and ready pizzas to take over to my dad’s house since he just had hip surgery and we were all going over to help him.
They had 1 hot and ready, 1 bread and 1 lunch special. Mind you this is 15 minutes before noon and the lunch rush. I asked the lady if they had more that were just cooking and was told that they only keep one of each in the hot case. It would be another 20 minutes for a 2nd pizza. Whole point of hot and ready is for it to be ready when you get there.
The lady behind the counter was snotty and rude. Decided to leave their pizza there and go elsewhere.
I will not be back.

I’m not commenting to be mean or spiteful simply to give my honest opinion, I’ve been a little Caesars patron since I was a kid and have hit them from here in Yale and the surrounding towns and all the way to the West coast and I can’t say that any location is as bad for not having a simple hot & ready as often as in Yale, anyway I was very tired on my way home today to the point of feeling that I might nod off driving home so I knew I wouldn’t be cooking and swung into Caesars and once again saw the empty rack so I asked how long and was given the usual answer 8 minutes and it’s always longer with today being no exception so I finally get home and swing the box open and see a pizza that looks like it was in a country gas station under heat lamps for 8 or 10 hours not burnt just all dried up with hard cheese and shriveled pepperoni so I ask myself how could this be it just came out and the next part is purely speculation on my part but I had to ask myself are they making rotten readys ahead of time and warming them up because they’re lazy kids and are trying to make it appear that things are running smoothly when it picks up in the evening ? IDK but I say for sure that after sitting there 15 minutes the pizza I received was not straight out of the oven and to top it off it was not sliced i literally had to pull it apart like a angry savage, if I weren’t so tired from working all day I would not have eaten it and I would have driven back to show whomever is in charge so without question Yale has the worst Caesars pizza and service in the US to the best of my knowledge and I travel allot. WALL OF SHAME

I like the deep dish Pizza myself, but if you order a pizza it’s great not too hot about the hot and ready. Great care service

The service here is terrible. A couple weeks ago I ordered a large pepperoni light sauce with butter Parmesan on all of it. I know it is more money for all of that and I am willing to pay it to get that. Well we got home and it had to butter parm on it and was not light sauce. I didn’t do anything then, but yesterday when I ordered the same thing and got a gross pre-made hot and ready pizza FULL of sauce I was frustrated and called up there. When I called the boy who answered the phone was very rude. I asked to speak to a manager and he rudely said “yup.” Then while taking the phone to the manager he called out “Oh lovely manager! They want to talk to a manager” very snarky. When I informed the manager that I heard him say those things the way he did it was rude, her response was “okay…” so then I continued to tell her my issues with my pizza and how this is the second time this has happened. She did not apologize once for her staff being rude or messing up our order (though I don’t think they messed up, I think they are just lazy). She offered to remake the pizza or offer me a free pizza next time. I did not have time to come up and get another pizza, so I took the free one but I will NOT be coming back there. With a manager that rude, the staff will also be that rude. Someone needs to teach all of those employees what customer service is. Sunrise has my business from now on.
