Went here after graduation to order pizza. The lady working was complaining she wasn’t even supposed be there. We waited a few minutes before it was our turn to order. When we were up I ordered 2 pizzas and the lady got frustrated and said she had too much to do and couldn’t t tell us how long it would be. It seems like every time we go there we end up leaving without pizza.

Never have gotten a single good pizza from here…always over cooked. Waste of money. Owner refused to refund my money for the terrible low quality pizza. Manager is a joke and rude. Multiple incidents of rude customer service. I don’t see this place staying in business long….I’m making a formal complaint to corporate, hopefully that will change their service values. They need to fire the rude manager with the terrible customer service. I have many terrible experiences with this place.

When ordering my food, the younger blonde told me it would take approximately 5-10 minutes. Which is totally understandable. However, I waited inside for approximately 35 minutes and after ringing up the next customer, she grabbed my food out of the warmer and then stated she forgot about it. Pizza was great but service was not.

OMG what a horrible experience. I could tell the moment she stepped out from the back that she’s a miserable person. She stopped to wash her hands, doesn’t greet me and just and what I want. I order a large pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and mushrooms on half. Come back in, retrieve my pizza ($11.96). Get home, disgusting. Half the pizza had cheese very well done (and not Extra, as ordered), BUT the other half, uncooked mushrooms and cheese thrown on top. So, she obviously took an already done pizza, threw mushrooms and a little cheese on it, back in the oven. Or she forgot the extra cheese and mushrooms, added it and the it back in. Whichever one, she did it. Thought I’d surprise my daughter with a nice fresh hot pizza after school. Wrong again. People just don’t care. That lady needs an attitude check along with maybe giving two craps about what she serves. Pride. Pride in yourself and what you do! She’s lucky I’m not posting her name here, and I haven’t called the manager yet due to a busy week, but I will be calling and demanding a replacement along with my money back. Because they are not getting away with just giving me what I ordered. My money back is for the aggrevation and maybe teach them it’s not okay to not care.

The pizza is ALWAYS great. but certain employees need an attitude check & to be trained on how to act kind & professional. the lady (maybe early 40’s) with long light brown/grayish hair was SO unnecessarily rude just now. I tried entering my code at the kiosk & it didn’t work (never does for some reason), so she huffed & shook her head while rolling her eyes like I was such a bother to her, simply for saying the kiosk didn’t work & i was picking up. They were busy, but that’s absolutely NO EXCUSE to roll your eyes & shake your head at a customer who needs help. Especially since I was being polite & patiently waiting my turn. She’s been rude like this before, but I never said anything until now.

Been here several times, never had a bad experience until today. Stopped in for a 5$ pizza and asked if i could get mushrooms on it. Lady replies well it won’t be 5$ then. Obviously stated i replied yes that’s fine i want them. We were told 10 minutes. Should have opened the box before leaving. The pizza wasn’t cooked and the mushrooms were just thrown on top not cooked at all. As we tried to pull slices out of the box everything fell off the pizza slice completely. Awful service. It wasn’t busy and no excuse for that kind of service other than pure laziness

There manager lady with the glasses is so incompetent. She can never make a pizza well done even when I ask to send it through twice. And tell her to not worry about burning it. She clearly takes no pride in her job and could care less about customer satisfaction.

The older lady with long brown hair and glasses is always super rude. I have come in multiple times over the last few months and when she is there she seems super annoyed that I’m ordering. Very short with people and very unhelpful. I have given her multiple days thinking she was having a bad day and that’s why she was so rude. But I am now convinced she is just a mean bitter person
