I ordered from here Chalupa and spicy potato soft taco both are so disgusting even not able to eat. For Chalupa just gave me raw tortillas and in soft taco potato is too chewy very hard to eat even. I had to threw my all food which I ordered also On my Mexican pizza no toppings at all no tomatoes nothing didn’t put proper sauce even. Worst store ever very bad experience every time. Employee also not providing good service always mash up with my order and not making correctly also forget always to put some items need to check always if they put all items ore not.

Constantly forget stuff, the girl who is a manger there i believe is just absolutely rude for no reason. I asked to get some breast meat for a 6PC meal and she said they didn’t have any, and i asked about a few other options and multiple times did she huff and puff, constantly just being rude about doing her job. Terrible staff and just poor service.

I order from here pretty frequently, like twice a week, and just about every time they mess up my order. Nothing too serious, usually just missing items out of the food, but now and then I get completely wrong items. But I’ve ordered the same thing twice in one day and both times it was wrong. Overall it’s the frequency of these mess ups that irritates me more so than the mess ups themselves.

The restaurant allegedly closes at 2 AM. However, I’m trying to go at 12:25 and it’s not open and no one ever answers the phone. Do not spend your money here. And don’t waste your time either!

Zero stars. Staff this location so when you are ordering food you don’t get treated as a problem or a nuisance. There’s 3 people and only 1 seems to know what is going on. I didn’t even order for myself because I had zero confidence they could handle 2 orders. It was also 95 degrees in there, which made the long wait for 3 pieces of chicken even more enjoyable. Shut the place down if you can’t staff it properly.

Horrible! Just Horrible! Ordered 2 nachos Bell Grandes to go, got home to find incomplete orders with just nachos, meat and cheese. NO tomatoes, black olives, sour cream, etc. Plus the meat tasted awful and smelled like dog food. I was disappointed because they got $25 out of us for the whole disgusting order. NEVER AGAIN!

ordered several items and didn’t receive several items. i didn’t get my 2 quesadillas,cheeses roll up, no meat in the crunch wrap supreme. my picky kid was gonna have the quesadillas for dinner and wouldn’t eat anything else . would leave 0 stars if i could. will be calling in the morning . hopefully they can resolve this.
