Still a low rating, it is like gambling, sometimes you win and sometimes you don’t. This crunchwrap had almost nothing in it, I got 1 for me and 1 for my daughter. Everyone else’s food was okay. But back to 1 star. I just don’t get why it is so hard to prepare fast food.

I eat here all the time, and want to give the staff a well deserved ATTABOY!
Just went through the drive-through and saw they got a perfect 100 A on health inspection.
This alone is worth applause!
What I most appreciate about this team is how positive they are, how they always smile, always genuinely make me feel like I’m The most Important customer, even though there are cars in front and behind me in the drive-through, and are always cool about correcting mistakes THAT I make when ordering:)
I’m a small business owner, and While I don’t speak for all small business owners, I’m pretty sure we all really appreciate our staff appreciating our customers as much as we do!

Without going into detail, I had a an accident and was left with a black eye and a swollen face. I finally felt okay enough to go out and get food a couple days after the incident and we went to Taco Bell for dinner, for some reason the person in front of us in the drive through paid for our meal which was amazing to start with, then I saw their was a new confetti freeze I wanted to try so we went back through the drive through a little bit later and got a regular sized freeze. The person at the window wouldn’t take my card and gave us the freeze. Thank you so much for this team being so kind hearted, even the person that told us our meal was free had such a sweet spirit saying it was “free .99”. It absolutely made our night and made me feel so much better about going out finally to get food. Would recommend over and over again.

This is the first review I’ve ever left a fast food restaurant but the service was so outstanding I had to take the time to say Demetrius is a great manager and went above and beyond to correct a mistake on my order. He was extremely polite and genuinely made me feel valued as a customer he went out of his way to make everything right and was nothing but kind and professional. I cannot say enough good things about this place great staff and awesome leadership!

Food isn’t bad. Customer service is below mid-tier. They don’t say much and often have an attitude other than the exception of a couple. The worst part abt this Taco Bell is the giant palm bush creating a blind spot to the left of the drive thru when pulling out.

I will never come back to this place. The customer service is absolutely terrible the worst I’ve ever experienced at a fast food restaurant. The food was packed horribly; they just threw everything into the bag without the slightest care to make it look decent. The person at the drive-thru was extremely disrespectful. I honestly don’t understand why people work in customer service if they’re going to treat customers this way. Don’t waste your time or money at a place like this.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to your drive-thru. I spent $14 on a meal that was served cold, with small portions, and once again, no sauce was included despite me specifically asking for it.
To make matters worse, my drink order was wrong. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told I’d have to pay again just to get the right one — which is unacceptable. This isn’t the first time I’ve had a bad experience at this location. Consistently cold food, poor service, and missing items have become the norm.
I hope management addresses this, as it’s discouraging to pay for a meal that doesn’t meet even basic expectations.

Come to this location all the time and normally have a decent experience. Not on my recent visit. Yvette in the drive thru was extremely rude when taking my order over the speaker. She lacks customer service experience and should not be working the drive thru or any customer facing roles….. there was a young lady at the window that was 100% more pleasant but I failed to get her name (young girl with black glasses, receipt says kimberly but not sure) She was much much better than Yvette

I went to Taco Bell today for lunch I got the chicken quesadilla meal with a hard taco the quesadilla was a mush I don’t even know how to explain it have it didn’t even have any chicken in it you grab it to eat it it’s mush sauce and cheese everywhere probably one of the worst Taco Bell experiences I’ve ever had trade the quesadilla but couldn’t eat it going hungry for lunch today
