Not a good experience with this location first and last time here. I had to pick up a prescription nearby so thought I would stop in for a quick to go order. I had to wait over an hour for a cold pizza but hot crazy bread The girl at the front was pleasant but overworked by herself on a Friday night. I seen three employees in the back one of which was working and the others disappeared.or goofing off I watched people be turned away because they had an hour in a half wait and wasn’t taking more orders.Normally don’t say a thing but people had come and ordered after me so I asked the person I assume was a manager that was the one I seen working in the back if my order was ready being the people that ordered behind me just got theirs instead of asking what my name on the order was said something with an attitude well I don’t know your name so how can I j know your order . I also had purchased a brownie additionally that was straight out the cooler ice cold not sure if they were suppose to be that way seems pointless they were small and packaged. Also only had two seats available and I just had a foot surgery . It would be helpful for those that got to wait over an hour for mediocre food to have a couple more seats .

Pizza wasn’t done and one order of cheese bread wasn’t done. Waited 2hrs for online order. You know how someone lie to you and you know they’re lying. Tells me at 10:15pm that the food I ordered will be ready at 11:30pm how is that possible you close at exactly 11pm. So they rushed it threw the oven and gave me a raw pizza smh. At 10:15 I was like just give me a pizza that’s already done she refused said they belong to somebody that somebody never came they locked the doors at 11pm. This Little Caesars needs to be shut down ASAP. Ate one slice now I feel sick. I might sue y’all if my stomach doesn’t stop hurting. All you had to say was we can’t complete your order lying to me is unnecessary. Just be honest. Somebody needs to reach out to me ASAP.

Ordered ahead for bread stix- an absolute favorite of ours!!- we picked them up,& starred to drive towards home when we opened the bag to discover they were miniature-seriously about 1/2 the size of the usual order. Same amout the stuff were just short- I turned around & went back inside. They did replace the Stix with fresh ones. However this wasn’t the 1st time our order was incorrect. We tend to still order, just in advance, an hour or so in advance..& still have to wait usually about 20 min at the least. We had reached out to the company, however haven’t heard anything back. Suppose we shouldn’t be shocked.

Who ever the manager is needs some communication skills. I also think the place is understaffed & it’s so busy they don’t have time to teach the new employee how to put completed orders in the pick up spot. There were allot of pizzas ready & the girl just didn’t know how to scan them. Wanting to charge 2.50 to put extra sauce on $6 wings i kinda crazy.

Called at 1pm for an order pickup at 6:30 went in paid the lady told me it was gonna be about an hr they got busy no big deal I get it they call me tell me it’s ready I go back to the store I wait they then say oh we canceled it earlier we’ll no you didn’t I just paid okay hold on manger comes well sorry we don’t have enough pizza for it now (7 pizza) so we can refund you so I’m out 70$ till whenever they wish to give me my money back that’s a bank thing probably a couple days and an hour extra of my time don’t worry tho they offered me a 9.99 coupon for a flat bread pizza 10/10 worst experience I have ever had at a fast food place now I need to find more food for my part go to the portage location!

I ordered a slices and stix pizza, Italian cheese bread, and wings. The wings were good. The pizza and Italian cheese bread had no flavor. It was bland. Very disappointed. That was my second time ordering from this store. I thought I would give it another try but I’m done. If you want good tasting food from little Ceasars visit the little Ceasars in portage off Central Avenue. The hobart location is garbage

Waited 45 minutes today for food I ordered over the phone and never received any food. I was never spoken to nor acknowledged. I even overheard staff refuse to another employee that they were not going to talk to the customers and take orders. I would give zero stars but that’s not an option. I even worked at this location when I was younger and I have never seen it in the state it is now. Will not be going to this location again!
