I ordered two pizzas for work from this location in Alvin today. Basically a hand tossed three meat topping pizza and a one topping pepperoni. Needless to say I was disappointed with my order. My pizzas looked over cooked and had a dry crust unlike the perfectly cooked pizza I received from another Dominos location in Pearland that also added a garlic buttery glaze to the crust. Up to now I assumed all locations cooked things the same way but learned my lesson today. To be fair maybe the rest of their orders are better than the pizzas I received so I’m giving a three star review for now and I will update my review on future orders if I return.

Ordered a large thin crust cheese/pepperoni and it was burnt on the top and bottom. So burnt the kids wouldn’t touch it, and they love pizza like ninja turtles. I ran out to show the delivery driver and he said I should order hand-tossed crust next time because thin crust always burn and that’s the way they’re made. Really? That’s the way they’re made? Because I have ordered thin crust pizzas from other pizza places and they don’t come out burnt. It’s not a thin crust pizza problem, it’s a Dominos Pizza problem. After reading all the other negative reviews here, this tells me my experience is not unique. Dominos is now my very last option for pizza. No apology necessary. Just do better and wait until you get off your shift to smoke pot.

Once I called and told them how I liked my pizza it was great on every order. The dominoes in Belton always overcooked and Temple took a few tries. Thanks for making this one less thing to sweat in my new location.

I called in tonight to order a pizza that i was suppose to have. Acredit for from a couple wks ago. $22.99. When i called tonight to order my replacement pizza the manager on shift not only told me no i di not have any replacement pizza and as a matter of fact i owe them $44. I was shocked! I said how is that? I order from here all the time and i just called last w on a complaint and nobody said anything about this. I order from here very often and many times the past couple of months and have since i moved here 3 years ago. She goes on to tell me that the note on computer the phone number i was calling from(same# 10 yrs) said on april 1st i never gave the delivery driver money for my order when he came to my apartment and i just handed him a $5 so i owe them the rest of that money?! I said there has to be a huge mistake that doesn’t even sound right? Then why didn’t they call me or call the cops or even give me the pizza for that matter? If that was the case the driver stole it

Not sure why the little guy at the cash register was so rude about not having change for a 100. I’m always very polite but this guy must have been having a bad day or something, seemed pretty hostile. But hot wings hardly had any sauce on them, and I paid for extra cheese that I didn’t get.. definitely going to other pizza places from now on.

Ordered a pizza and chicken wings garlic bread bites and cinnamon twist. The pizza came in, barely cut, extremely greasy and not what I ordered the garlic bread bites were saturated in grease. You could squeeze out an ounce of grease out of each one and the cinnamon twist were hard on the ends was not edible, and there was no marinara sauce for my garlic bites. When I let them know about it, they just offered a discount on my next order instead of making good for it. I will never order pizza from Domino’s ever again waste of money.
