As someone who was born in Michigan and has eaten this stuff since I came out my mother it’s a disgrace. Food always tastes fine but the service is horrific. Mr. Illitch would be ashamed. The workers act like your not even a person..my heart goes out to the workers but goodness they need more staff or something.

I picked up an order for doordash, it was sitting on the counter instead of in the hot box and was ice cold when it left the store for delivery, i Tried to ask them to remake it because I didn’t want to deliver a cold Pizza, but they said that’s how they serve the cold.. I would avoid this store at all costs

Update….i came today to get some pizza and place an order as usual. I had no intentions of trying to get anything for free but i did ask to speake to the manager. Jason was the one i spoke with, he went above and beyond to make it right. He pulled up the recipet from my previos order and refunded it. He even gave us our lunch on them today! Thank you so much jason! This is why i will not give up on this location and continue to come here 🙂

I come to this location often and never complain. The staff is always so minamal and theres typically two people working in the back while only one person running the register, starting the pizza, boxing and cutting the pizza. It always seems the front person could use some help but none the less i mind my business and wait patiently. This time i have to speak up because most of my food us so bad we cant even eat it! I got one cheese and one pepperoni pizza, two crazy bread and one cheese stuffed bread and one Italian cheese breads. The crazy bread and cheese stuffed bread was so burnt and hard as a rock. The cheese pizza was more toasted than we are use too also. The only thing that was good enough to eat was the Italian cheese bread and the pepperoni pizza. I have called the store number and was transfered to what i believe is a call center and have been waiting in hold for over 20 minutes while deciding to write this review waiting for a manager. I would like credit to have this order replaced next time im out that way or a refund because it truly was not ediable. My order number is 1126310. Update and want to add I gave up waiting on hold to speak with someone (a manager I was told) and hope to get some solution through this review.

Ordered on line completely screwed up the order only thing they got right was the ICB. Ordered the new pretzel pizza got a normal stuffed crust. Ordered the Chicago deep dish only got half the pizza 4 slices . Always have been and the website shows 8 slices. Daughters went in and picked up order . Got home to find this been on the phone waiting 20 mins for someone to pick up .

Don’t bother ordering online. Even if you do, they’ll lose the order and disappear into the back for 10 minutes before they come back up and ask you all over again. The pickup boxes aren’t configured for automatic pickup by customers; they just use them as extended warm holds; placing completed orders in them, then forgetting about them.

The past few times I’ve ordered and paid online, they lost my order, served everyone in the waiting area (including people who ordered after me), only to find out that my order had been in the warming box the entire time. 40+ minute wait time for an order that was, according to their app, supposedly done and waiting for me before I even got there.

After waiting 10 minutes before even being acknowledged, an employee verified the name on my order and vanished into the back, only to come back out 10 minutes to double-check the name and vanish again. 15 minutes later, a different employee came out and verified my name, proceeded to hand out orders to everyone that had been waiting after me and vanish into the back again. After a total of 40+ minutes waiting, someone came back up, verified my name, then grabbed a couple of luke warm pizzas out of the warming box.

Employees spend more time singing and dancing in the back kitchen area than serving customers and dealing with orders.

Order from any other pizza place in the area and pick it up and you’ll get it sooner than dealing with this location and it’ll be fresher and better quality.

Do yourself a favor: go literally anywhere else.

Scheduled a pickup order for 4:15. Wasn’t given my order until 5:00 despite getting an email saying it was ready at 4:20 but not put in the portal for unknown reasons. While waiting I watched the guy at the front open and close the pizzas and put stickers then pick off said stickers to put on other boxes. Also heard one of the workers in the back scream at one point like he got burnt or cut badly. Joke of a restaurant. I will not be back to this location. You’ll be better off driving out of your way to another one or better yet a different pizza chain altogether. The only saving grace is that the pizza wasn’t bad.

6:07 ordered gave to us 7:38 pm. Is info on receipt! Over one and half hours to get pizza that was RAW! Behind the counter worker told me for 20+ minutes it’s coming out now!!!!! The place is filthy grease, dirt especially where napkins and sauces are supposed to go. Grease in between inoperable portals dirty dirty dirty board of health needs to make a visit. Pepperoni pizza dough was raw when we bit into it. This is unacceptable recommend no one order from this place. When talking to “mgr” she said you are not the only customer who is waiting for pizza! If this is kind of service you give forget it not worth it will spend $ on more deserving establishment!

Wow I received an email asking for more info on my issues. Haven’t heard thing since. Why is lc at this location still around? Surprised it hasn’t gone way of Frisch’s and said bye bye! Someone needs to do their job and close this location.

Placed an online order over 2 hours in advance and still had to wait 40+ minutes to receive my order. I will not be returning to this location. I’d rather spend a few extra bucks for something else and actually get my order promptly when requested than waste time waiting along with 15-20 other patrons who quite obviously were waiting on their orders to be provided past their requested time also.

Regarding the quality of the food I ordered at least being forced to wait assured me I got it hot. However there was a distinct lack of garlic flavor that I have had at other locations that to me was more enjoyable to eat.

Overall, in general, I have found that LCs, in the Miami Valley area at least, have struggled with keeping up the quality of the food being served as the overall menu has expanded. It’s like the staff is either incapable of serving it’s orders at a consistent standard or the processes that are imposed up on them are putting a burden on the staff making it impossible to keep up their standards. I understand that this is not a high class pizza establishment. And if it was my first experience with Little Caesars I might think differently. However I used to work across the street from one for 6 years 2015-2021 and I made it a weekly habit to get lunch there. However had I been served then food of the quality I have been receiving now from Little Caesars there is no way I’d have made it a weekly habit back then.

If you are looking for a place that is always a minimum of 2+ hours behind, and has poor service from any staff on the clock, this is the place for you.

From my experiences with this location, orders are never on time and are always late. If they were 5-10 min behind I would understand, but being a minimum of 2+ hours behind each time is completely unacceptable. And each time I asked how long a wait would be, the staff were rude and uncourteous/unapologetic about being so far behind

Today, knowing they are always hours behind, I choose a pick up time in the afternoon. When I arrived at my pick up time, there was no one at the front desk. And when I asked someone in the back for help, they said I had to wait for the front desk person which took at least 10-15 min if not more. Keep in mind, I’m the only one in the restaurant at this time. When the front desk worker finally showed up and I asked for my order I found out that they had given it away to someone else. I had to argue with the staff member and prove my order, before they redid it. No apologies or offers for a refund for a mistake they made.

So, while the pizza is delicious, the overall service from this location is terrible.

Consistently can’t have an order ready with multiple hours advanced notice. Ordered a pizza to be ready at 6:30 at 3:30. Still had to wait over a half hour. Not sure what the point of ordering in advance is if it can’t be ready with 3h notice. If you have the itch 100% go to another location in the Dayton area.
