Absolutely ridiculous I called in for an order at 3:52pm spoke and placed my order was told it’ll be ready in 15 minutes. I came 30 minutes later. To my surprise my order wasn’t done. I was told to wait because my order would soon come out. Just for it be well after 5:00pm to be told my order is no where to be found on the monitor. The lady who assisted me was cool because she replaced my order with just giving me the pizza with no charge but in between that time it was absolutely ridiculous to find out several customers received their orders before me and I had a few customers state that their times that placed it and it was well after my time of ordered being placed. I’m disappointed to the point my face visibly showed such disappointment. Like I’m completely over the time that was wasted on behalf having to go on a scavenger hunt for my order that they didn’t take. Upset is understatement. I’m livid and it’ll be a while before I order from Little Ceasers again.

I think I’m done with this little Caesar’s. They never have any pizzas ready. Today I drive up to the front door and there is a sign that says they are understaffed. Totally get it. On the other hand there is an employee sitting outside in front of the store playing on her phone and another has just walked out to go who knows where. I walk inside and there are two other employees that are r welcoming and nice but not one pizza made. You guys are know for your hot and ready pizzas. I’ve made this drive several times in the last year and have yet to come away with a pizza. Sorry but I think I’m done trying.

They were very busy but mostly online orders but their were probably 15 people who were in line to cash out. I waited to order for probably 10 or 12 minutes. As soon as she finished she apologized and asked if I knew what I’d like. I told her and she sent the order back. I waited. Meanwhile lobby fills up 2 more times and she was a Rock Star!! Handled it very professionally. A man came in who had a problem with his pizza. She found out what the problem was and told him she would take care of it herself. She said for him to take a 2 liter of pop for his troubles. When she came back with my pizza she had added a order of cheesy bread.

My name is Monica B. Placed a portal pick up order tonight had an hour wait which was fine order was suppose to be ready 9:49-9:54 so since I didn’t get an email I went up there at 9:54 since they close at 10. Million people there waiting for their online orders as well. Lady working up front said we all need to cancel our orders cause they close at 10 and aren’t making the pizzas. I scrolled to see if I could cancel & couldn’t find anywhere so I told her I don’t mind to cancel but can’t find anywhere to do so. She then rudely asks for my name and asked what I ordered I told “cheese with marinara” she said “just cheese & marinara?” I said yes and she brought a literal cheese cup & marinara cup I said no sorry a cheese pizza I meant she proceeded with “ I literally asked you 5 times lady” and rolled her eyes. I then told her if it works better I can pick my pizza up tomorrow at lunch time. Where she said “yes that would be great I won’t be here tomorrow!” So who knows if I’ll really be getting my pizza tomorrow. I’ll stick to coming only for lunch nicer workers then.

What a joke, tried to get food last Thursday. Showed up at 7 to get it to a lobby full of ppl waiting. Asked about mine, said they couldn’t even tell me when mine would be made. I asked for a refund and she said she didn’t know how to do that. Told me to contact customer support. I did and they will not respond to me. I never got my food or a refund for it. Don’t give them money at all, you may not get anything back in return.

Ordered online, went to the store and the place was busy… had to wait over an hour because they were unorganized. Customers were canceling their orders because they were so behind. Younger black employee was yelling and rude to Customers. No one was at the counter to even talk to customers about orders, Two of the employees even walked out with full lobby. Maybe hire some employees that care about their job with professional customer service skills.

I placed an order through Uber Eats, but none of the items i received were what i ordered. I tried to get help through Uber Eats, but they wouldn’t help. I will never use Uber Eats again. I tried to call the restaurant, but they didn’t answer the phone. I have been trying to get a ride to the store, but it’s not easy. Don’t waist your time calling in an order! Well, I tried to call in an order but no one would answer the phones. I kept my cell on hold while I drove to the Dorothy Lane location. I walked in while phone was still playing the hold music. I explained to the girl behind the counter that I was still on hold. She informed me that the phones are down and they will be down for a few more days. Not sure if I believe the story…but it is surely costing that store a lot of money and business.

Foods good when you finally get it but the wait is always longer than what they tell you not to mention online ordering is almost always turned off and when you call to place an order you sit on hold for atleast 10 minutes before anyone answers
