This place is fantastic. Rogelio is sooo nice and makes a mean carne asada taco! The guac is plentiful and oh so good. I’m from Chicago so don’t make it down to Miami often but I will come back here any time I’m in town. Well worth the stop if you are craving phenomenal tacos and fresh chips and quac!

Seriously these are some of the best birria tacos you’ll ever have and the seating area outside the truck is perfect and cozy. I’ve been coming here for years and they’re consistent, the portions are hefty, the food is always fresh and the price is worth it!! The elote is also great I would really recommend. The birria tacos were delicious. My only complaint is that they were a little to oily and I didn’t get any hot sauce. I would definitely go again if I was in the area and try the al pastor tacos next. The wait time was only about 10-15 minutes which is not bad at all.

I’ve been searching for birria tacos in Miami and luckily Taco Baja exists! Their quesobirria tacos are now my absolute favorite tacos. Their birria burrito with rice beans is definitely shareable and increbly tasty! Plus the Birria items come with that delicious broth that I just can’t get enough. Keep doing what you’re doing Taco Baja! I wish you were open earlier to satisfy my cravings during the day.
