Was told they were not taking call in orders. Also not making new pizzas. Got home to not only the wrong order, but also burnt and incredibly sloppily cut to the point where some slices were an inch long and not even cut through.

Poor customer service. Placed an online order. Picked up 5 minutes after I received the email saying it was ready. Was missing my crazy bread. They had to make it fresh. Then they forgot my sauce. Waited 25 extra minutes, and by then pizza was lukewarm…No apology or anything.

Absolutely a wonderful experience yesterday. The lunch combo was delicious. But….it was the customer service provided by Kendall S. that made my day. The young gentleman was so friendly and knowledgeable. You just don’t see this type of service anymore. This is my favorite location ….consistantly excellent!

Absolutely terrible in every way. It’s dirty, customer service is awful, no drinks in cooler. Seriously need to close this location or get it together. I have given this location many chances before I wrote this review but it hasn’t gotten better, only worse. Save your time and money!

Cashier wasn’t yet trained fully and apparently they stop cooking orders over a half hour before closing. If they don’t already have what you want pre cooked and getting tough in their warmer, then you are SOL.
