I always have the nicest interactions with the employees at the drive through which is a nice change as most fast food drive thrus have rude or unpleasant customer service. I got coupons at my last visit which I loved! Management at this location is doing a great job

The employee was rude. The order was completely messed wrong, and the food I did attempt to eat was disgusting. Ordered extra sauce on the burrito. There was no sauce on the burrito. The chili cheese fries looked like half were missing, and what was there looked like there were just thrown inside to container.

I have come here for years. The cashier was dealing with a male Karen when I went there today. She handled herself very well and gave some extra food for having to see the nasty customer. Great customer service!! Dining room is open but not self serve drinks.

Stopped by this Del Taco for a bite to eat. What went wrong is they only gave half of the order to us. We had to go back because of items missing, so we go back and they still missed two items on the receipt. It was like they did not know what they were doing or how to use the equipment there to do the orders. It is Policy of Del Taco not to charge people for items not given to them. Because that would be illegal charging people for items they were not given. Also I tried to eat the burrito I ordered, it was a mess like someone just through some food together. Hard to stomach so awfully made like they did not care how they made it.
Personally I would say stay away from this Del Taco because it has a bad staff serving disgusting food who don’t know what they are doing.
Personally I know some Del Taco Managers and they would be disappointed on how this location is run.

Shocked. SHOCKED that this location has a 3.8 rating. My visit to this location was easily Top 5 of what visits to any Del taco location (or fast food restaurant for that matter) should be like.
Right at the top I’d like to give a shoutout to Armando for his top level of service he provided to me, as well as the customers around me. I didn’t feel like someone was taking my order, I felt like we were having a conversation. What’s more, we DID have a conversation when he visited me and other eating patrons to check on us and make sure everything tasted great. Kudos!
As for the food, it was good. A previously disappointing experience with the chicken crunch burrito at a previous location was mended here with a more “filled out” burrito this time around. Similarly, the habanero chicken soft taco (on the new value menu) was good quality and the sauce is perfect.
All had the chance to use the restroom and was pleasantly surprised to see how clean it was (or as clean as a fast food restaurant restroom can be). A good experience all around!

Just had the Epic Carne Asada Torta at Del Taco after seeing the commercial a couple of days ago and it honestly wasn’t bad. I had the combo which came with fries and a drink. The whole thing cost 11 and some change. Would I call these tortas epic? I leave that up to you.

I went there last night around 7-8ish at night and ordered an unsweet tea alongside other food. I noticed it was slimy, when I was sallowing my drink it did not go down the throat smooth/watery like a drink should it was thick. I know that sounds like a innuendo but this is the exact issue I was having with my drink. When I went to dump out the drink I found a nice surprise, what appears to be OLD chile.

I went through the drive thru and ordered a cheese quesadilla. They added chicken and asked why I didn’t want the chicken. After double charging me and giving me a soda with no syrup. She gave me attitude for trying to give her back the flat soda. She said “I’ll take it this time but next time I can’t take it.” I told her ” then next time don’t give me a nasty soda!” So now when I go to the drive thru I get food with hair and mystery particles on it. She is either sabotaging my food or their standards for cleanliness are nonexistent. I do not trust this location and I will not be back.
