The employee was rude. The order was completely messed wrong, and the food I did attempt to eat was disgusting. Ordered extra sauce on the burrito. There was no sauce on the burrito. The chili cheese fries looked like half were missing, and what was there looked like there were just thrown inside to container.

Stopped by this Del Taco for a bite to eat. What went wrong is they only gave half of the order to us. We had to go back because of items missing, so we go back and they still missed two items on the receipt. It was like they did not know what they were doing or how to use the equipment there to do the orders. It is Policy of Del Taco not to charge people for items not given to them. Because that would be illegal charging people for items they were not given. Also I tried to eat the burrito I ordered, it was a mess like someone just through some food together. Hard to stomach so awfully made like they did not care how they made it.

I went to this location today and i ordered 10 snack tacos. I understad they are value tacos but this is ridiculous. This is a poor excuse of a taco. I got about half of the tacos like this I have to other locations and do not get this.

When I go to Del Taco I only buy their most expensive items at $10.00 dollars because that is were I believe you get the best value. Otherwise you can go upscale and pay $19.00 dollars and be equally satisfied. ☺️

I must say the late night manager Max is super amazing, patient, always very polite, makes sure everything is correct with your order, and does it with a positive attitude. He’s an excellent night manager and deserves all the credit for holding it down late night, doing it right!

I have come here for years. The cashier was dealing with a male Karen when I went there today. She handled herself very well and gave some extra food for having to see the nasty customer. Great customer service!! Dining room is open but not self serve drinks.

Just had the Epic Carne Asada Torta at Del Taco after seeing the commercial a couple of days ago and it honestly wasn’t bad. I had the combo which came with fries and a drink. The whole thing cost 11 and some change. Would I call these tortas epic? I leave that up to you.
