I ordered my pizza and when I came back in to check if it was ready, I observed the guy preparing the boxes for the pizza. He put the pizzas in each box and proceeded to cut each. The problem was that he wasn’t wearing gloves or a hairnet but I let it go. As he cuttings one of the pizzas, an olive got stuck to the pizza cutter he removed it with his hand and it fell back on the pizza. Thankfully that wasn’t mine so I still didn’t say anything.The final straw was this: he puts down the cutter, wipes his hands on his jeans and puts his hands under his shirt to get his headphones. He puts on his headphones on, wipes his hands on his jeans again and proceeds to cut the pizza again. Then touched the crust with his hands to readjust the pizza. At that point I was done! I asked for my money back and it turns out the guy demonstrating poor sanitary standards was the person that came to the register to give me my refund! It insinuates he’s the manager… just disgusting!

Pizza itself was ok however service was bad. Nobody paid attention to me for a few minutes,nobody ever greeted me after all. The attitude of these people was 3-d world country, that by the way where they came from. This guy pretended like he doesn’t understand English and tried to talk in Spanish to me. I wanted to get pretzel crust pizza, but when I looked at it it didn’t have enough pepperoni and too much salt grains on it, so I asked for Hot-n-ready pepperoni and looked at it again before paying make sure it looks good. That’s when that stone looking dude angrily said:” Don’t open box and look at pizza!” So his English wasn’t too bad for that. It’s still USA, I can look and reject anything I please if I want to, dude. Asked for napkins, they don’t have them, bathroom is for employees ONLY. Went to Dollar Store next door to use their bathroom, I needed manager with the key to open it!! And she opens “women restroom” and I asked why not “men”, she replies:’ it’s for employees only!”

I wish I could give no stars. Horrible customer service. I only ordered breadsticks at 6:58. It’s 7:19. I still haven’t gotten them. The guy is on his phone not paying attention just tried to give me somebody breadsticks that’s been sitting on the side. I’m like I waited 20 minutes I should have fresh ones. The lady went to go make fresh ones. Didn’t wash her hands. Saw her write on her clip board and play with her hair. Nasty. I Just asked for them refund me my money.

Theres always this lady that gets mad and rude at the end of the of the day. Shes always giving attitude, always taking her time to do things, (looks like she takes her time on purpose) always talking and being rude. It was 9:50PM (there was pepperoni. cheese, some crazy bread and wings) but she goes and says… Its close, its close at 9:50pm when the store closes at 10:00Pm then why you advertise that you open until 10:00pm it seems like these people wanna go home before the shift ends… What kinda customer service is that? Is that lady unhappy? Does she wanna work… Feels like she doesnt… Its the chubby lady with a hat. Always giving attitude.

I ordered through the app and all I had to do was pick up my pizza at the portal and grab my drink . As I grabbed my items and was about to leave the store , an employee name “niah” stopped the person she was helping at the register and accused me of stealing a $3 soda . Never coming back here she gives off racist vibes

We called to make an order- first of all the lady answered in Spanish- then proceeded to tell us in Spanish she didn’t understand what we’re saying and then she hung up on me. I will never ever support another little Caesar’s again. It’s very rude that we live in America and they want Haitians or any other culture to speak English but then these store fronts and food stores hire people who can’t even take An order and then Hang up. I’m not sure what’s going on in the world but y’all need to do better!

It’s little Caesars. Affordable pizza, that’s about it. The wait was ridiculous, almost 30 mins but we just got off a flight. The kids were hungry, and it was late. Would I go out of my way to order at this location? NO! Had better tasting pizza from other locations.

Today I bought a pepperoni and a Hawaiian. Pepperoni not very good and Hawaiian horrible. Very bad customer service they charge you for everything. This is headed for bankruptcy. I honestly don’t recommend it. I won’t come back anymore

They do NOT check who is picking up orders. My order was taken by another customer and I was not able to get a refund because no one knew how to do them. The staff spoke to each other about the situation in Spanish not realizing I also spoke Spanish. I was offered breadsticks and wings that were left in the hot holding.
