Really was hoping for a better experience. Stopped in made my order and small talk with the gentleman there. He said 10 minutes I replied no rush I was stopping at another business and would take 20 minutes or so. Arrived back 30 minutes later and it still took 10 minutes no biggie. Opened the bag took out the sandwich and the lettuce was not the best looking. See photo’s.. so I removed it and ate the smaller half and honestly it was decent. Bread was good. Not sure if I’d go back or recommend. The lettuce really was off putting.

I have tried to order online, time and time again. They are right down the road. The pizza is decent. But, their website will not allow me to order. Even a returning order. I have called, but they act like I am an idiot. “We tested your order online, why don’t you call your order in?” I should not have to. I visited this location tonight 1/7/23 around 7:25 pm. I placed an order at 6:28pm for my family a Big Benito in the squares with pepperoni bacon and green pepper, regular bread sticks, and 24 barbecue wings. My order came up to about $73.00 and When I got home I didn’t receive squares in the big Benito.
I called them to see if they could remake it or give me a refund, the manager gets on the phone and I told her the situation. I told her I asked for the squares and whether it was a male/female I spoke with, the individual confirmed squares with me. The manager responds “well I know you didn’t speak to a guy because I’m the one who spoke on the phone and took the order.” Proceeds to treat me like I was lying, that I didn’t order squares, and that they couldn’t remake the order because it was too big. The manager stated “It’s just a cut.” They also said they couldn’t give me a refund. The manager held her ground and refused to do anything. I am a restaurant business owner and will never support this location again for the poor management and lack of customer service. I couldn’t believe this manager wouldn’t apologize or just remake the order. Customer service 101: The customer always comes first and you never argue with a customer, and certainly shouldn’t accuse the customer of not telling the truth.

Staff is extremely incompetent and refuses to acknowledge anyone that walks in to pick up an order. Past 3 orders have taken 45+ minutes (I only order chicken alfredo, a pasta dish)

Our pizzas were ready when they said it would be, not burned just cooked right. The toppings were plentiful and correctly to our order. The staff inside were busy but friendly. The food was delicious when we got home.

We order here once a week and have done so for about a year (Since we moved to area) The Food is always Fresh, Hot and AMAZING!!! And the customer service is top notch the guys are great!!! Anyone complaining about pricing is just ridiculous… I will gladly pay a little more for Quality and thats what i get EVERYTIME I order here.

I typically order subs or pasta off of the menu and they are both very good. The service is very friendly and welcoming. Atmosphere is not really welcoming to eat there as there are boxes and equipment in the dining area. I will continue to frequent this place and hope they continue to be successful.
