Picked up a door dash there just now, one employee told me they were still workng on my order after she looked at the two orders on the cart. The manager then asked me five minutes later which order was I there for. It turned out to be one of the orders on the cart. Previous employee was too lazy to hand it to me. Door dash customers matter too but I’m seeing more and more that these fast food restaurants hire children that have no concept of respect for ALL customers

My Frank’s Hot soft taco was good… But it’s not what I ordered. I ordered the burrito version. Paid $7 for a soft taco? This was a drive thru order and I was riding with another group of people. I couldn’t return the product.

Every time I grab food from this drive-thru, it seems to be cold or not made properly. I just got a bean burrito for three bucks, and there are no beans in it! I really like Taco Bell, but I’m not sure about this location.

This location needs some serious help. The vegetables were unacceptable on my items, the beans tasted like they were either expired or been out all night. The items were severely under packed. I would say this is probably the worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Drive further and go to a better location trust me.

This taco bell has continuously told me they’re only accepting cash at night knowing majority of the people use debit and credit. There excuse is their card reader is always down… Either the card reader needs fixed or lazy employees need replaced…
