The food is good but I came to leave a review of the service I get from the woman working. I don’t know her name but she is amazing! She is always happy, friendly… and tonight she even brought my food to my car because she knew I was tired after working all day. That is not typical service anymore ans I want her to get the recognition for it. She is amazing! I will update this when I find out her name!

Not sure if the app doesn’t work right or a mix up at the store. I did my online order, showed up at the time the email said 35 min later which didn’t surprise me since it was a friday and that parts fine, but even though it didn’t seem busy at all, had to wait another 20min without a word being said about the wait or why. I did over hear the workers talking and I wont blow up their conversation, but I know a staffing shortage didn’t seem to be the issue. Not the first time this has happened either, pretzel crust or not I’m done with little ceasars

The food is almost always hot and fresh and typically tastes great only problem is they don’t always make them quite right. I will definitely be returning but I’m hoping they can improve on the toppings.

If I could give them zero stars I would. In the past I’ve had multiple problems with this store. I have had partially cut pizzas, I’ve ordered over the phone an hour before arriving and still had to wait thirty minutes due to them only making my order as I arrived. Well today I ordered online and received my notification message. I arrive at the store and punch in my order number. Well my order was not on the correct shelf. So I tell the employee and he looks at me as if he had no idea what I was talking about. After about ten minutes of waiting he finally finds my order which was on the wrong numbered shelf. I take my order and go home to find that one of my pizzas was not cut whatsoever. Good thing I own a pizza cutter. I should get a discount on my order due to having to do part of their job. They have lost yet another customer because I am fed up with this store’s lack of customer service, lack of attention to detail, and absolutely poor time management skills.

Ordered 2 lunch combos and both of the pizzas were not all the way through done. It taste like a wet sponge. I had to drive 15 mins back to get them too fix it but I requested just to have a 5 dollar pepperoni but they refused and just fix the same order. Almost look like they just recooked them. The manager never came up front to talk to me just filtered what they would do through a crew member. I will never go back to this place. 2/23/22 I went back to give it another and still terrible little to no cheese.crust was chew like stale leftover bread.. please avoid this place

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE! They magically lost my order, told me I could place a new order but had a problem when I wanted anything other than pepperoni THEN told me they had no way to refund my original order. “You’ll have to figure that out on your own”. They eventually found my order but they didn’t start making it until 20 minutes after it was supposed to be picked up. Go to Domino’s, it’s worth the money.

The food is fine, and the employees work very hard, but the store is dramatically understaffed. Ordered online with a 30 minute estimated wait, arrived at the 30 minute mark, and the staff were so far behind, it took an additional 35 minutes to get the order. 2 people on evening shift at dinner rush? That’s ridiculous. This has been the case several times I’ve placed orders over the past 3 months. The owner needs to hire more staff and get support for the volume of business that the store receives, or they’re going to start losing customers and staff.
