Best Taco Bell I’ve been to in Great Falls! We used the app to order ahead, our food was packed and labeled nicely and everything was accounted for, even our freebies! This team was on it, great job! Update: Bring back the other crew that was working so nothing is missing! Same order as last week, chips were spilt in bag, and missing a fork for my daughter’s fiesta potatoes and taco salad. Hope there’s some stability here, love this location.

Staff was quick and amazing, food was great. Only issue was cleanliness, but at the same time they were in a lunch rush. So understandable. Once the rush was done, staff did come out to clean. They even apologized and offered to clean my table for me. I ate in much worse, so I smiled and said no thank you almost done. But all in all, a very good experience.

The staff working tonight went above and beyond with their customer service and enthusiastic charm! What a breath of fresh air to have an experience where I see the whole staff having fun while providing excellent service. Bravo to the gals working in the West side location which is always better than the 10th avenue side when you want an engaging dining experience. 10 out of 10 recommend and visit again!!!

I took a few bites of the crunch wrap supreme, I guess they serve it without meat now days. I certainly don’t like it when you order to go food after you get to eat driving down the road and see you are missing items or even a crucial part of the meal in your order. It makes one not trust food places.

Tried to get food here with my family, when we got given the wrong order. I went up to the counter and asked if they could make the items that they didn’t give us. (Asked for 3 short shell tacos and got a hard shell taco and a burrito). Waited for the food only to find out that that still wasn’t what we ordered and gave us another hard shell taco and burrito. Shouldn’t be that hard to get and order right and fix your mistake and you’re lucky nobody in my family cared.

My burrito was only about 5 inches long and had a really large slice of the core from the lettuce hanging out of the burrito. Also, my soft tacos were not filled to the size I know they should be.

Service here is very good. Usually pretty fast at getting food out. But hard shell tocos arnt supposed to be cracked. 3 out of the 4 were cracked. Right down the spine. Like….. had to eat it like a sandwich.. at least give us buns to go with it, or a tortilla or something like dang…

I find it very inconvenient when I go into a restaurant and no one will take my order because the front counter computer is broken. I was asked to order on the keyosk. After I stood there for 10 minutes. I don’t like taking my own order! You never get a drink cup and last time I checked, I don’t work for you. Thank you to the girl, who helped me after the other two fought over who “had” to help me.

Watched a girl wipe/pick her nose with a gloved hand and continue making food. Canceled my order and told the counter person. Who then told me that she changed her gloves after that which I could see clear as day did not occur.
