Very clean, quiet and comfortable. Great menu! I had a fresh Cesar salad with Jen’s chicken. Soooo good and healthy! The rest of my group tried burgers, melts, side salads and chili.. we all loved what we had. I seen they have a happy hour with a meal for 2 for $20.. Annnnnd Steak night is every Thursday! I’ll have to go back and try it.

Burgers are bigger than a Buick, nice dinning area and nice staff. You pay and order in the Hyvee store just outside the dinning room, they have several tvs and a bar. Great deal will come back and reccomend.

I’m torn about my experience here last night as we had a mixed experience here.
Overall my concern is will this sustain in the Illinois Valley? By sustain, I mean through their price point on Wahlburger’s menu items.
As seen by the counter, they are still working on getting the monitors installed to show the menu but for now, you can order off a paper menu.
We both did the Our Burger with fries along with Onion Rings to start.
So the onions rings were less than flattering as not only where they thin and greasy but red onions were used. You can def pass on this app.
Honestly it was the Our Burger and all you can drink fountain drinks that saved this review.
The Our Burger is. 1/3 lb. burger, with lettuce, onion, tomato, cheese and Wahlburger sauce. This was really good and filling! So juicy and honestly the bread was simple but fresh.
The fries were not that great as they seemed undercooked with little to no salt. I wish these were deep fried for another 15-30 seconds.
Another thing that was crazy was a Miller Lite 12oz. Bottle was $4.25!!!! Seriously!!???!
This restaurant didn’t work because people complained about the cost of the regular menu items and cost of the Sunday Buffet so will the Wahlburger name draw customers? Time will tell.

Our experience was pretty underwhelming here. We wanted to try the impossible burger, but they were all out.
So I went with the Thanksgiving turkey burger and my husband got the Our Burger. I’ve never seen a burger patty as absurdly tiny as the one I got. (For reference, the bun in the attached photo is a normal sized burger bun.) And unfortunately the sandwich didn’t taste great. My husband’s burger was also pretty bland. They were about $13-$15 each which felt expensive for what we received.
On the up side, the fries, tots, and chocolate milkshake were pretty decent.
Overall it was definitely not worth it. Maybe they’re just having some issues since they opened pretty recently? We’ll try to give them the benefit of the doubt. But I don’t think we’ll be back again for quite a while.

The fish sandwich is so good! Actually got a milkshake this time & it was awesome. Actually thick not runny at all. I love places where you can get cheese sauce with the fries. Good stuff!

Since its located on the other side of the grocery store, it was hard to see inside which made me nervous that it was closed. Once inside it was clean, pretty quite and not to busy. Our server was great! No joke, I think he was the server bartender and sou chef because he was literally doing everything!
My bf ordered the stuffed cheese burger and I got the impossible jalepeno one (Fiesta) with tots and the pepper jelly and can I just tell you the peper jelly is the Bees-Knees! Apparently they sell it jn the store and I will have to grab some. Everything was DELICIOUS and I will definitely be back!

A stand out in a sea of burger places. Definitely DOES NOT feel like fast food. Is it fast? Yes. But it tastes fresh made. Burger was outstanding, cooked to my specifications, which was awesome. And the tots were amazing. Most def will dine here again. Thanks for the great service Ben!

My only complaint is that the tvs are set on a specific channel and cannot be changed. It would be nice if they could change if there’s a game on.

The food was phenomenal! I try to go once a week because the burgers and tater tots are SO good!!! The workers were all so personable, helpful and nice. The manager Ben, went out of his way to make sure we got the best service! Customer for life!

I have been to Wahlburgers twice now and both times the food was EXCELLENT. Today, however, takes the cake. When I arrived and looked for what I wanted on the menu it wasn’t there. I spoke with Ben behind the counter and he told me that specific item had been removed from the menu. I was visibly disappointed so he told me he would make it up for me! He said he may not have the exact dressing but he could pull something together. I was so excited and incredibly thankful because he did NOT have to do that. He went above and beyond and I thanked him again and again. The food was fresh, everything tasted delicious and I will definitely go back again!
