Im not sure what the goal of having an app to order ahead with is, if I’m still going to have to wait to pull up to the line when no one is there. According to the employees it’s actually just as fast to order when you get there. They don’t start making any of your food until you check-in anyway. The app is pointless.

I try not to come here anymore, but like nothing else is really open but I swear to God every time I come here at night, the two boys that are working with the older woman are never professional, they make me feel uncomfortable as hell you could tell that one of them tried to get the other guys’s attention and then they both like looked in my car and started like laughing. I don’t know exactly what’s funny but next time you should pipe up But I guess that’s why you’re working in a drive-through in the middle of nowhere

Stopped in and made a app order for breakfast on way to work. I ordered the sausage muffin meal and a biscuits and gravy. I went through the drive thru to pick up and saw a sign there were no more muffins. I got to window and was asked to pull forward. Then was approached that there we no muffins. Total bummer but swapped to a croissant and all was well.

Every time I come through, my food is wrong or they get my order wrong at the drive-through speaker and then today when I tried to correct it the lady was super rude and cut me off whenever I was trying to explain what my order should be after she got it wrong. I wish they would do better with customer service

The only downfall to this Wendy’s was the drive through, it was NOT fast, BUT the food was HOT!! The staff was nice and the restrooms were clean. Would stop here again!

Burger, chili (large, but less than 1/2 full, fries, and 6 nuggets,) $27.
If I’m going to pay top dollar and then some, can I get a full container of chili? Can I get service that gives a bit? Why ask, here or to go, only to give me a dine in order in a bag?
You would think I asked for the crib notes to eat and peace when I asked for napkins and ketchup. And then had to go back and ask for a spoon for the chili.

Delicious and tastes amazing! I was there during the grand opening and received a coupon to receive a free burger once a week! I’m already halfway complete!
The only few issues is that it can get really dirty and untidy really quickly, it does get full during breakfast, lunch, and dinner rush hours, and the drive-thru becomes overcrowded. Also, ordered large fries and gotten skimped a few times.
Otherwise, great competition against Whataburger! Y’all even closed down Burger King! Your burgers are way better than McDonalds too.

The entire staff seem to be inexperienced in what they’re supposed to be doing and how to do it. Chili was chilled, the hamburgers were dry and thin. Did the survey from the receipt and ask them to contact me so I go more in depth with Wendy’s management but they never responded. Dave Thomas would have fired everyone. 50 years of eating Wendy’s hamburgers on and off this has to be one of the worst experiences ever. However the new building was nice shiny and clean
