They used to be so much better but now when you go there a lot of them will just keep walking around instead of waiting on you especially if you’re in the drive-thru. I waited almost 10 minutes on a several occasions before they even acknowledged I was there. It would be different and understandable if they were busy. I used to order once to twice a week but now I only order as a last resort maybe once every couple of months and dread every second of it. I will admit that my last order was better than it had been in about a year. The gentleman (wish I knew his name) that waited on me was very quick and courteous and if he was working every time I went I’d probably go a little more often

The manager is great! It’s never a dull visit when she is there. I ordered online and it sent the order in 2 times. When I realized this I called the store, they did not answer however when I got to the store to pick up the order the manager was ready to refund me the extra order. She even gave me an estimated time the money should be refunded. As well as encouraging me to come back to her if the money had not been returned in the time frame given. Telling me she would call corporate to get me answers if it came to that! Loved this place!

No sense of urgency or customer service. I saw customers drive away from the window, walk out the door, and not get calls answered during the 20 mins. I waited for my so-called hot and ready lunch. When I finally got it, it was hot and delicious, but it’s sad how much money walked out the door and the employees didn’t care at all..

Blown away!! Placed my order through doordash pick-up..well long story short it got messed up and doordash didn’t contact us to let us know nor a refund. The two gentlemen that was there last night (June 6th) was understanding, explained everything, and fixed us a reorder. Their customer service was out standing, even though it can be very aggravating with situations like that. And food was hot and fresh. Great experience.

This location almost always pulls the pizza from the oven as soon as it peeks out and is almost always under cooked. I try to call when I place online order to make sure pizza is allowed to come all the way to the stop before pulling to box, but they don’t seem to use the phone. Ask in person and they act like you are holding up all their customers! See pic to see what I mean. Has happend more than once. No way I can find to call corporate to complain.

Waited an hour for an order that I placed online… Got to the store within the window of time indicated on my order and not ready! It was two pizzas, a pepperoni and a cheese and crazy bread, pizza that is supposed to be hot and ready? Inside no one and I mean no one will assist you, one guy was trying to walk orders outside but because no other employee seemed to want to assist customers, all the drive thru cars and people inside were leaving, when they did get acknowledged they were told it’s an hour and 20 min wait! I had other food in the car that went to waste waiting on this pizza! Very unprofessional establishment! Someone needs to look into this place!

There was a time I would drive way out of my way just to get a little caesars pizza in waycross ga. The last 4 or 5 times going there I have noticed the building is looking run down, the staff act as If they don’t care. The wait time was at least 45 minutes over the given time on the website. There is no way to call the store to verify your order. The pizza was not very good, the bread sticks have been okay and so were the chicken Wings. Overall I do not recommend Waycross Georgia little caesars

Placed my order at 6:01pm for 2 pizzas and crazy bread i ended up getting a refund at 6:48pm! I went in there twice and they told me first time it was coming out of the oven. 10 minutes passed, went in and they said it was about done next time at 6:41 it was still ” almost” done. I got my refund and said it would take 24hrs…48 hrs later my refund has not showed back up in my bank. I tried to call multiple times and no one will answer the phone. I want my money back PLEASE!
