Had a line but it went quickly. Large dining areas and bathrooms. Service was great. I remember most was the young lady who rang us out. She had great customer service skills; as well as, the female manager. Great experience. Pleasantly surprised. I will come back to this location.

Chipotle is always a good stop. The food is always great and the employees seem to do their best. Unfortunately, due to the amount of homeless coming in and out of the restaurant it made it a little bit uncomfortable. Some of the homeless were stealing food right in front of us. After this incident was reported, the employees informed us they could not do anything about it. Completely understandable.

This is your reminder to NEVER order from the chipotle app for pick ups. I ordered myself & my family’s food through the app for pick up in store & the entire order was incorrect. It was the worst chipotle we’ve all ever had. Every single bowl has incorrect toppings/proteins & the food quality was awful. Everything was so cold & tasted like it had gone bad. Took me 30 minutes to see if we could get some kind of refund & through the app texting “pepper” & after 30 minutes of back and forth she offers a free soft drink…. I’m sorry but $60 worth of food all disgusting & not edible & I get only a free soft drink? Never ordering off the app again. Now we know to only order in person to ensure quality & correct food. Pretty sure they gave us rotten salsa as well. Not going there anymore. Especially this location it’s the worst. Employees are also rude.

Recently came in and it wasn’t too busy at first. One worker had just gone on break and it was just Juana serving up the food. A line quickly formed behind me, but Juana was a champ! She served my food (and my sisters’) without compromising serving size, repeating my order back to me for each food item as she served it and double checking I was satisfied before moving on. I have been to this chipotle for years and it can be hit or miss (regarding service) when it gets busy. Juana was a rockstar!!

This is the slowest Chipotle in San Diego. I have been many times as this is a convenient location, and each time it is just sloooooow. The line is long and people are waiting for pickup app orders 20+ minutes after the scheduled time. The food is fine. The people are nice. But, there’s no sense of urgency. Nothing even approaching urgency. It always feels like there’s not enough staff and that they aren’t bothered by it. If you have time and you really want Chipotle, then this is your place.

Entire mobile order through the app was wrong, realized after we got home because we did pick up. Pepper through the app is no help so I emailed through customer support to see if I could receive some help or a refund. All I received was a free soft drink even though all 3 entrees were completely incorrect. It was also the worst food I’ve ever had at a chipotle. This location is consistently really bad every single time. Why would I spend $50 worth of food and the best they can do is offer a free soft drink?

I love some chip0tle , just yummy and healthy. Always my lunch go to my lunch with chips and guac. Today I went to this location, Its probably my 3rd or 4th time here. Always busy, it’s in misson valley so you kind of got to expect it. The line moved fast , I ordered a bowl , with the works and everything was fresh. The cashier was very nice and helpful and even helped with my app and my free bag of chips. The store looked clean I didn’t look around much, but nothing that stood out.

The food that I ordered were in stock, and it was the “BOMBDIGGITY “! That means the food was really good. Please keep on doing what you’re doing, and don’t stop. One thing that you should do is to bring the prices down a little lower, especially on the steaks. Your prices are way too high for a burrito or bowl with the steak in it. I’m pretty sure that it’s probably really expensive,but those steak bowl and steak burrito prices are kind of Super Duperly ridiculous. You should go ahead and bring them prices down lower for the steak bowls and the steak burritos.
